Waited 3 weeks for a product and then inexplicably cancelled my order
Awful customer service. Did not deliver as promised.
I ordered a t-shirt. I waited 2 weeks for it (it should have been 3 working days) and when I hadn't received anything or had any communication from the company I called to see what the issue was. Everyone that could help was apparently busy so I was promised a call back. I never received a call back and one week later, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. They have provided me with no further information and I'm still waiting for my refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Easy enough to order, good price but difficult returns
Easy enough to order, good price but difficult returns. However, the size (L) I received was way too small for me (I always L sometimes M). Returning is quite expensive, as you have to pay for a tracked parcel yourself and pay the delivery charge again when the new one is sent out. The team were very responsive to my emails, making sure the item was received and new one sent out.
