Purchased an item back in August 2025 and didn’t receive it. I emailed multiple times and after getting one response, they repeatedly blanked me when I asked for a refund.

I had to go through my bank to get my money back which eventually came through this month. HUH Store is an absolute embarrassment with appallingly bad customer service.

I ordered a Rains waterproof jacket at the start of October and like all other reviews state, I was fobbed off with generic emails saying there had been delays to shipments but then I heard nothing. Thankfully I raised the dispute with my bank and was able to gain the money back through chargeback but it has been a disappointing and very frustrating experience.

Same old story…. Ordered trousers mid September and I was told there was a delivery delay of 10 working days. After this time was up I asked for a refund and for the next 5 weeks I just received generic emails telling me that they are working on it. Eventually I contacted my credit card and I’ve just got refunded using chargeback (NatWest). You need to send all correspondence which is a bit hassley but it’s worth it to stick it to these conmen. Avoid HUH.

Ordered and paid for a backpack which was listed as in stock. I was then notified that dispatch was delayed. I never received any follow up from HUH, and after 1 month I requested a refund. There's been no response from the business for a further month despite chasing, and so I've had to resort to raising a chargeback dispute via my credit card provider. I'd recommend that you do not give this company your money.

I can’t put no stars but would if I could. Reading these reviews shows me I should have read them before ordering. They owe me £140. Had the rubbish excuses and delays then said does your bank account still work, it’s been almost five months. I will try my bank…

Ordered stuff in August that never arrived, multiple emails sent, response from someone called Jack apologising and that my order would be shipped. Now the 3rd of November and still no item, but yet lots of emails about it. Have raised a dispute my bank to reclaim the money from them.
Simply don’t use them.

AVOID!!! No goods sent over month and no refund!

Never received the order. Eventually told that order had been cancelled and refunded. No refund has been received. Have now reported the company as a fraud scam.

Still waiting on a refund! They lied about delivery times on their website so I cancelled my order, even that was a hassle and now it's been 3-4 weeks and I still haven't had my money back!!

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I ordered a bag last month. No communication and no sign of bag.

Never received my order, customer service does not reply to emails. Been two months and I have no item or money

I have been waiting 5 months for my refund. I’ve tried chargeback via my bank which I thought worked as the funds were refunded into my account but I didnt realise at the time this was a temporary reimbursement from my bank while they put the claim through to HUH.Store. After 2 months the claim was rejected by HUH. Store so the bank had to take the funds back out of my account and return them the HUH.store. The irony! I was then told by Jack he couldn’t give me my refund until it had cleared into their account from the bank. That was a month ago and I’m now being ghosted again. The website is now locked so at least he can’t con anyone else. I don’t know how he is getting away with this

Ordered something, they happily took my money, never delivered my order and didn’t respond to emails questioning the delivery.

Same as everyone, paid for goods that never arrived! My advice to everyone is though - STOP using paypal and close your account! You think you are protected but you are not. Paypal are faceless corporation that do NOT support you! Support comes from your trusted bank, use them.

If I could leave less than one star I would.. I think -5 stars would be about right.
Ordered two carhartt jackets over 4 months ago and haven't heard anything from them regarding the whereabouts or my order or giving me a refund. Just radio silence.

Under NO circumstances buy online from them. They are complete con artists and should not be trading. I ordered 4itens.. not delivered, no refund , only automated responses.

Still owed a refund dating back to July….unbelievable how this business is still allow to trade!

Hi… they debited £21.95 from my credit card and have not supplied the item we ordered. I’ve tried and tried to contact them and they ignore us having to chase through the credit card company now they are a disgrace.
