Ordered a t shirt in August, never received or had any update on when I was going to receive it, or had any offer to a refund. Absolute scam company - avoid

The item never arrived. I paid extra for next day delivery so after 3 days I emailed them as you can’t phone them and an automated email replied saying there is a 2 week delay and they will refund my delivery.
I never received the refund for delivery and the item never arrived. I contacted them multiple times and only got automated emails with no answers.
I had to get a refund through my bank. After a month I still haven’t hear from the retailer. Awful service and would advise everyone to avoid.

still waiting on a refund from APRIL!!! I’m left wondering if I’ll ever get my money back. Zero communication from them. All contact since April has been me trying to get a response only to get a short scripted answer that goes nowhere. Stay away!

Ordered a Carhatt sweatshirt end of July and was meant to be delivered within a week so I have emailed many times complaining and asking for my refund, but there was a man called Jack who have emailed an Auto fake email back to me for options to go to refund or return etc etc. still haven’t got my money back!!! AVOID!

£26 I will never get back. Promised delivery dates, after months of generic reply’s I requested a refund and still no money back. I would stay well clear of this website

Scam company. Took my money and did not send my item. Unresponsive. Had to get my bank to investigate for a refund. Do not use this company!

Made an order for £200 worth of goods. It is now almost November and nothing has shown up. I have contacted customer support many times saying they will dispatch when they have restocked but they are not giving any updates.

Probably stay away from this store until they are organised.

Ordered 30x gifts for my work colleagues over a month ago. Have been emailing for updates and still haven’t received anything? Just automated emails. It’s a complete scam and I’ve lost £1300. Reported to fraud team for investigation. Jack Lowe the owner of this company has to answer for this?

No delivery, no contact details, no response to any emails, no customer service. But yes they are able to process taking your money.

Avoid - I ordered a rains jacket on 3rd September. I later received an email to say delivery would be delayed. It is now 22nd October and I have no jacket. I have requested a refund but received no reply.

I will never be using Huh. Store in the future and will be actively telling others to avoid

Wow, not sure where to start with this one, so I purchased the item on the 17th September, after a few days still no updates on delivery or dispatch, automated email responses every time no attempt by the business to contact me whatsoever, appalling service, looking at other reviews on here it seems the norm for them to take your money and then ignore you. How are they getting away with this level of service?? Avoid this company at all costs, dont waste your time with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM HUH STORE. I ordered some caharrt jeans on the 19th August. Was told they were out of stock. I waited two weeks so asked for a refund.
It is now the 23rd of October and they no longer reply to my emails.

Placed an order on the 16 September 2025 where they stayed it will be delivered within 4 days. It been over a month with no goods being delivered. There’s constant delays and no shipping link given. The customer support for this campany is non existent with no response via email. I advise you not to order from this scam site and save your money!!

I honestly think this is just a fake shop. I made an order and never received the items. They never sent them or had any intention of sending. I then spent the next 3 months contacting them to try and get a refund. They said that they issued it on two occasions, but they never did and even sent fake proof. I finally had to contact my bank to dispute the payment, so that they could get the money back for me.

Placed an order with HUH. Store over 5 weeks ago and still not delivered. Once I emailed them they advised the item I ordered was out of stock. No offer of refund or time scale as to when the product would be back in stock. There’s no way of contacting them apart from emailing, they say they get back to you within 2 days but all you get is ‘we haven’t forgot about you’ email. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here, still no order or my money back! Shame as I ordered for my partners birthday…
