The quality was terrible. The resolution and sound quality would change as we were watching a show. Channels would go black or just a blue screen. I cancelled and went back to YouTube Live TV

Hulu is a horrible company! They overcharged me . I called and had to dispute all the charges they charged me over the year! They would only repay me for 4 months. The worst company ever. Never would offer me a cheaper rate for awhile after their initial mistake. Wanted me to pay full price ! Hulu is a joke ! Please check your bank accounts daily cause they will get you too! Fraud comapny

Ok. I down graded my already ok score to 1. Why are you “having trouble playing this?” Why? Why aren’t you also proactively crediting my account?

I see the “We’re having trouble playing this” message at least once a day. Today, I’ve seen it 3 or 4 times and the sun just set. Can’t watch Blackhawk vs Caines game on Hulu even though there is a tile for it on my Home Screen

The streaming service it's ok, but even payjng, they include way too many 1:30secs commercials at least 5 for every episode of a TV series. That's a lot of advertising for such short time episodes.

Terrible app, MILLIONS OF ADS per episode, just bad overall. I would not recommend. You can watch most of their series somewhere else. Not worth it.

Wish I could rate it with zero stars, have to force hulu to stop working, log in, and change my location each time I turn on hulu. Hulu gives you 4 changes before they lock you out, well sometimes I turn on different tvs over 4 times a day in the same house and hulu locks me out of live tv. So I have to call hulu and go thru the questions of them accusing me of sharing my subscription with others and then they reset my account. Getting very tired of calling them daily, I have them on speed dial until I change my service. When I ask tech support for a supervisor, they tell me they are and they are providing the best service for me. All I can say is BS

Every time I try to rewind, it keeps immediately jumping back forward, which keeps me from properly watching a show if I go back 10 seconds it’ll play two seconds and then jump back to 10 seconds and I just went back which puts me ahead of where I was even if I exit the app come back it does the same thing.

The worst application available. Every single day this atrocious application doesnt work. It will never open correctly. Over half of the shows or channels do not even open. My recommendation is move to YouTube TV. This is awful

Raising prices ALOT ad after ad longer than any show. And rerun after rerun im tired of calling them dropping next month. And always glitches or completely off have to call try to get fixed every month

All the other streaming apps, Peacock, Paramount, except Hulu let you watch the playoff games when you pay for a subscription. Cheap Hulu wants you to pay for their live TV. They are very cheap and what they provide is lousy compared to other streaming platforms.

I like the content but they play too many ads FAR FAR more than any other streaming services. I'm not interested in paying more so will likely just drop my subscription.

I pay $100 a month for ad free. Most shows and lots of movies have ads anyways. Really not worth $100. I DONT WANT ADS!!!!¡!

Hulu is one of the more expensive apps to have. And I believe since the very beginning it has been having this same issue. You cannot go back and look at something that you missed without it jumping around and skipping back to where it stopped. It is so frustrating. You would think they'd have it fixed. Cuz I know it's been going on at least a couple years.

Had an issue with our home location getting changed. Contacted customer service talked to Mark and it was fixed in less that 10 minutes.

Hulu 7 day free trial inaccuracies and does not honor the advertisement do not sign up unless you plean to cancel on day 6 if you cancel before it stops access to the trial

Hulu has great content which I enjoy. However, the platform itself is torture with constant buffering, getting dropped repeatedly, and the ads almost every five minutes.Hulu would not be worth it even if it were free.

Clicked on one month free promo, got charged from day one. Contacted CS, was told only for basic plan, but the promo was literally displayed in the basic plus Disney package I chose. Very confusing.

Before Disney bought out Hulu we had a Hulu account. Right after Disney acquired Hulu we canceled Hulu and got the Disney/Hulu/Espn service for college football season. We cancel that service last month. I just noticed that on 1/2/26 $13.79 was charged to our bank account from Hulu. I looked back and it had been going on for months, even though we had the combined account with Disney and had canceled plain Hulu. Hulu customer service claimed we had no active account and we cannot log into any accounts without the screen showing up that describes the different accounts we can purchase-again meaning we have no active account. It’s not under a different email, it’s a screw up on Hulu’s part that they can’t fix. Finally I had to have my bank make it so Hulu cannot draft any transactions against our account.
I wasted HOURS dealing with this. They had enough info to bill me every month, but couldn’t cancel my payments on an account they said didn’t exist.

Hulu tends to have the same as Netflix or Netflix takes it. I'd rather watch on Netflix because there are never ad's. Your paying to stream but pretty much have commercials on an app. Ridiculous when you pay every month.
