Formerly great, but now giving out keys to second sites, which are out of stock. Support hasn´t answered yet (10 days, 7 workdays) . Based in USA they can probably ignore consumers rights. Maybe... See more

Humble Bundle sells games, ebooks, software, and other digital content. Our mission is to support charity while providing awesome content to customers at great prices. We launched in 2010 with a single two-week Humble Indie Bundle, but we have humbly grown into a store full of games and bundles, a gaming membership service, a game publisher, and more.

No keys after 2 days buing bundles...
I have been using it for many years. Back in the day, it was an excellent platform for getting games. I have around 1000 games from them for great prices. Now, it is just rubbish. I bought the bundle to find out they ran out of games two days after purchasing. I have around 50 games in the last 6 months, which they ran out of! I paid for those games, but I cannot get them. AVOID!
Keys out of stock
I've paid for several bundles, only to find out soon after that keys are out of stock... for some it's been months and I've opened tickets with their customer support only for them to tell me to remain patient. Stay away
Claim your games as soon as possible, Humble can't guarantee your games
Update as of 2025 February 15
Humble updated their Terms of Service recently, and retroactively locked people out of their past purchases. The new ToS claims that they don't have to replace or substitute keys they deep "not available to replenish" after 3 years, and completely remove even the purchase from your profile.
I'm still waiting for some of my keys of 10 months, and the games and publishers are available, the games are sold in the Humble Store. Yet I wonder if these will also just turned "not available to replenish", because with this change Humble proved that they don't find it their role and responsibility, to hand out keys for people who bought there.
Humble is a trusted games reseller, and in the business for more than a decade by this point.
A few years ago IGN bought the site, and while I'm not sure how closely linked it is to the change in ownership, but the key delivery is getting more and more sloppy.
When you buy a bundle, you need to "claim" your keys. You get a steam key only when you claim your key. But it's a recurring issue with Humble, that they simply don't have as many keys, as many bundles they sell, and you only get to know this, when you TRY to claim your key. Sometimes it's while the bundle still being sold, sometimes a month afterwards, and it can take them MONTHS to deliver you the key you bought.
For example the "Humble Heroines: Action, Adventure, & Intrigue Encore" bundle from mid-December 2024 had 7 games. As of January 28th 2025 SIX OUT OF SEVEN games are unavailable, after paying for it. And nobody knows when you can get them.
It's an unacceptable business practice that got more and more common during 2024, with no end in sight, because Humble just can't stop themselves from selling more games than they actually have.
I tried paying for the monthly…
I tried paying for the monthly subscription for it to cancel but still charge me to then have support refuse to refund me for the missing but paid for subscription.
Great value most of the time.
The site is known for bundles, especially the monthly Humble choice bundle and often there's some seriously good value to be had. After years of using humble, I've not had any issues with key activations or payment issues with them unlike a lot of their competitor sites. I do believe that the keys they sell do indeed come directly from the publishers or directly from steam. A lot of the bundle choices will be subjective to your gaming taste, but in the big ones there'll normally be at least one AAA game included, which in itself is great value. £12ish pounds for 8 games is great value most of the time. You do however need to keep an eye on the lesser known games in their bundles as they have a history of including online only games with dead multiplayer lobbies. Their digital games storefront is ok. The sale prices often don't go as low as the sale prices on cdkeys or even steam itself, so it's always best to shop around.
HumbleBundle lost my money.
HumbleBundle took my money without delivering the bundle. After waiting for over a week to get a response from support, I was told the payment was declined and the "payment was just pending in my bank still, it'll be returned by your bank 3 days after it was made". This was already 8 days after the payment was made. I contacted my bank, who confirmed the payment was fully completed and told me to go to iDEAL support. I contacted iDEAL support who told be the payment went through to Humble Bundles iDEAL processor and gave me all the info to give to HumbleBundle to refund me. HumbleBundle after this put my support ticket as "resolved" without replying. It did not seem like support agent "Jai" even read my mails and just returned a preset message to my inquiries at time.
A direct quote from iDEAL: "The company can and must solve this issue for you, because you have proof of the payment being successful". HumbleBundle did not honor this. Despite both my bank and iDEAL telling me the issue is on HumbleBundle, they're refusing to help and put the blame back on the bank.

Very often does not work for no reason
"We were unable to verify payment details and we will not charge you."
"Keys are temporarily exhausted"
"Keys are temporarily exhausted for this product"
Have to check pretty often to guarantee…
Have to check pretty often to guarantee you'll find a good bundle but when they do come around they're great. Very cheap for a load of keys. Some of the money goes to charity too. Would definitely recommend check every now and then you just might find an amazing deal.
stay away from this site
stay away from this site since they are now trying to get as much personal information out of you including passport/driver license and then giving that information to other parties (most likely sold them) and then they claim they are from IRS.
they dont wanna answer any questions and just throwing threats like "All relations will now be with Impact."
their so called partner program have been moved to a different website but still they claim i need to give them information even though they also claim the partner program have been shutdown.
they have in no way been given any kind of information about it being moved to another website.
further more if it have been shutdown why then have a third party flaiming i am partnered with humble when humble clearly state it is shutdown?
so much lies, threats and misinformation.
this has now escalated further.
Doesn't have product for sale, refuses to obtain it, backtracks from refund to partial refund
Been buying on humble for many years and today experience made me never buy from them again.
TL;DR Humble offers product, doesn't have it, refuses to refund properly.
They gave me an US only key and refuse to give me a replacement global key.
There was no warning neither on the bundle page, shopping cart, or inventory about region locks. It's their duty as storefront to uphold the offering and deliver it properly.
"Unfortunately, it looks like the item you purchased is region-restricted due to specific regulations in your country. I’m afraid I’m unable to circumvent this and provide you with a different key. If a key is restricted in your country on Steam or another service, it’s safe to assume that purchasing through Humble Bundle will yield the same restricted key.
I truly understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially since this is the first time you’ve encountered this issue, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of prior warning about potential regional restrictions. I can imagine how disappointing this must be, and I want to assure you that I’ve flagged this concern so we can take further action and prevent it from happening in the future.
As much as I wish I could offer another solution, after double-checking, it appears that the game is indeed restricted in your area. The best solution I can offer at this moment is a refund. I apologize again for any inconvenience this has caused, and I’m here to assist you with the process if you’d like to proceed.
Just to make sure, the only item that you can't access is System Shock, right? If yes, I can only process a partial refund for this specific item.
Hope to hear from you.

Sometimes good prices but you might end…
Sometimes good prices but you might end up waiting weeks or months for a key
Excellent Customer Service
I genuinely recommend HB for buying steam keys because alongside the HB choice discount (which can result in some great deals), I've always had a very positive experience if something goes wrong or unexpected with the order as HB's support team have dealt with all the issues in an expedient and helpful manner.
Not like the good old times
Not as good as it was before, and bundles are underwhelming most of the time and sometimes with low-effort companies and even selling AI-generated content without proper warning. Nonetheless you can still get ocasional good games and more on bundles or choice. Hope more competitors arise.
EDIT: They keep rising prices to EU citizen.
Quality, Variety, and Savings
This is a fantastic place to buy games at affordable prices. Their "Choice" feature adds a fun element by surprising you with new games you may not have tried before, helping to expand your gaming horizons. Their bundles are also interesting, offering many opportunities to make good purchases and save money.
Overall, the site is a great platform for buying games and other products. The customer service is efficient, and you receive your code quickly. However, there can be occasional issues if they run out of codes, but a little patience is all that’s needed before the code becomes active.
All in all, I would give the site a 5/5.
If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a set of books for £50. They took the money from my account but I recieved no books. They are adamant they were delivered. Don't know were to because I haven't recieved them. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
No Support with Fraudulent Transactions
Account was hacked into and fraudulent purchases made. I contacted Humble Bundle as per their message on PayPal and received absolutely no response whatsoever and wasted valuable time in getting the issue raised with PayPal as a result which in turn made me go overdrawn.
Of all the companies I have had to contact as a result of my email being hacked into Humble is by the far the worst. They should really prioritise these types of issues as speed is usually key in resolving it, but it is clear they do not.
They do have games at a good bargain from time to time but given their complete lack of service with such an important issue I think it is safe to say they don't actually give a damn about their customers.
Changing region without warning
My region was some how automatically changed and I only found out after subscribing to the Humble Choice.
So my first attempt resulted in an instant error.
They won't let me change my region to match my steam region, so I had to contact their support.
But I've been waiting for nearly 2 days for a reply from support.
This is starting to feel like a massive scam!
Humble Bundle laid-off all of their customer support
I bought a one-year pycharm license and they sent me six months. I submitted a tech support ticket and no one replied, except for automated messages saying that they're really busy. Answer my emails and send me my key!
I was a Humble Choice customer for many…
I was a Humble Choice customer for many years and during that time I had one or two problems with keys that didn't work or similar things. This was usually dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. BUT something seems to have changed recently. There are no longer 12 games per month, but only 8. Despite this, the prices are rising. Reason enough for me to cancel my membership. The problem is that the payment was made by PayPal, whose buyer protection doesn't work (but I'll come to that in my PayPal review).
Humble Bundle doesn't even deny to PayPal that they received money and claim that they delivered the digital content. I have proof of this (took screenshots) and presented it to Humble Bundle Inc., as well as PayPal. Humble Bundle doesn't answer me at all - PayPal says Humble did everything right and doesn't want to give me buyer protection. (Rejected twice)
I now have no choice but to hire a lawyer and make the case public in order to warn as many people as possible about Humble Bundle Inc. and PayPal.
Please don't use PayPal - use your credit cards!
Your bank will believe you - the customer - first.
To summarize again, the service is worse, the prices have increased, the charity aspect is questionable and unfortunately the support is no longer available. A good company has become a scammer factory.
