After putting a screw through my wheel, Hunt worked to get a replacement rim to me at a discounted price ASAP. I initially got an AI automated response, but the next day a person helped sort out the issue. Less than week later , and I was back on the road.

Uneventful customer service experience - everything came as promised.

My Gravel Race wheelset has performed superbly over 2.5 hard years of riding. Until recently I never even heard a ping from them and they remained true. I then heard a metallic sound from the rear wheel which had gone slightly out of true. I tracked it down to a split nipple and what looked like the start of a split in the rear rim. I contacted Hunt who quickly dispatched a new rim, nipples snd spokes for my local wheel to build up at Hunts expense. So now I am back on the bike again with a rebuilt wheel. No fuss, no trying to avoid a warranty claim - just quick decision and parts dispatch. Service this good is very rare, so thank you Hunt for getting me out on the trails so quickly.

All I wanted to do was purchase a matching front wheel for my just arrived 60 but I had to first return the one I just received and then buy the set? That makes no sense.

Definitely recommend them if live in a windy place, they do make rides safer

Customer service very helpful in assisting with warranty on wheel issue. From identifying the wheel and providing the necessary information and part for replacement.

I love the Hunt Carbon 30 wheelset. The lightweight and stiffness really improved the ride and acceleration of my bicycle.
The only complaint I have is the noise that the H-Ratchet free hub makes. I added some grease where I was instructed by Joe at Hunt Customer Service. It helped, but still pretty loud. I always loved the serenity and quiteness of the old school free hubs. Not sure if I will get used to the noise, but their wheels are great! Customer Service was very responsive too!

I did a solo Paris Roubaix from Compiègne in July on 4 year old Hunt wheels.
It was a Friday in Hell,but I never had to worry about the wheels.

Build quality has become pretty poor, customer service not great either.
I have a few sets of HUNT bike wheels, one pair (my oldest) has been great, but I have had to have two other rear wheels rebuilt as a result of spokes working loose and/or breaking.
Local bike shop has suggested that while the product itself is generally pretty solid and good value, the build quality of their wheelsets are very hit and miss, and they often have them in to fix issues.
The latest issue has been handled poorly by the customer service team so, after a few years of loyal custom, I'm done with HUNT as a brand, and won't buy again.
If you do buy, take them to a good mechanic and get them checked over before you ride, or consider just buying the rims and getting them built on better hubs/spokes.

UPDATE: The issues I've experienced with HUNT are not isolated to just the 4 Seasons Aero wheelset. My local bike shop had to rebuild my rear Gravel Race Disc wheel twice, once after 4-6 spokes came loose on just the second ride, and again when a spoke broke a few weeks later. I've also had to have a 50 Carbon Disc rear wheel completely rebuilt (new spokes, nipples and even hub) after recurring issues with spokes breaking, twice. I appreciate HUNT's response in relation to the 4 Season Aero, but my negative experience with HUNT relates to recurring build quality issues with a number of different wheels.
