Private email is a necessary evil, but daily emails from the Hushmail team pestering for upgrades is not.

Does not aways send emails from iPhone…
Does not aways send emails from iPhone mail or the Hush mail app for iPhone/iPad.
Required to confirm sent messages on the online app, been ongoing for 12 months with no other support other than to reset the app :( that does not work either.
Disappointing for a paid service, will not be renewing account.

I was in a wonderful private practice for 17 years - CHARIS Counseling Associates. I just transitioned into a solo private practice called VOICE of Many Waters Christian Counseling - LLC. Andrew Johnson, from Hushmail has been phenomenal to work with. Helping embed my website Contact Form, getting my BAA, he also transformed four forms into autofill. The four forms he professionally upgraded were: 1) Intake Form; 2) Safety Plan; 3) ROI; 4) Check-in Form. He is professional and has quickly responded to many Hushmail inquires. I have been working with him during April and May of 2025. I give him an A+!
