Disappointing

After reading the reveiws for the company i wish i would have done more research.

We recently ordered a logo for our office wall and unfortunately our experience was disappointing.

When the logo arrived, the smaller lettering did not fit properly onto our slatted wall. After raising this, we were advised to glue black felt between the slats so the letters would stick, considering we had paid over £300 for the sign, glueing the letters on was not an option. It was also acknowledged that this issue was known beforehand, which is frustrating as we were not made aware prior to placing the order. This could have influenced our decision or allowed us to explore alternative options, but now we half of a sign on our wall.

In addition, the lettering colour was incorrect. Our logo is blue, however the finished product was purple. We were told this was taken from the logo provided, but clearer communication and the hex colour codes added to the order sheet would have avoided the issue. The example we approved appeared blue, so this discrepancy was very unexpected.

Even though we discussed all of the issues with Ed, his response was more to bodge the sign instead of helping us to correct the issues.

Better communication and transparency at the point of order would have made a significant difference, particularly given the cost.

Owner out of control AVOID THIS COMPANY

We brought a neon sign from this company and when it arrived we had to pay extra charges that were not laid out before online, this made it more expensive than others. I then complained about this and the owner Ed Currie was so rude, dismissive and even worse left a 1* review on the business profile - absolutely outrageous behaviour! AVOID THIS COMPANY

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Extremely disappointing experience with Hyper Creative.

We ordered a 3D illuminated wall logo for our office and the item took 3 weeks to arrive as it was being drop shipped from China. They do not make the sign themselves which is misleading enough as it is. When it finally did arrive, it was in unacceptable condition. The front face was scratched and the paint finish was damaged to the point that when the lights are on, you can visibly see through parts of the logo. This is nowhere near the standard you would expect for a professional office installation.

There were also no proper installation instructions provided, and the fittings supplied were incorrect. We were forced to source the correct screws ourselves from another supplier just to get the unit mounted.

To make matters worse, after finally installing it, we had to manually repaint scratched areas ourselves just to make the sign presentable and even then the finish still looks uneven and it's noticeable.

Based on the quality and finish of what we received, the product did not appear to match the premium, in-house manufacturing impression given in the company’s marketing. What has been most frustrating is the response from Ed Currer. Despite providing clear evidence of the defects, the attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, with no meaningful aftercare or ownership of the problems.

Overall, a very poor experience and not one we would repeat. Proceed carefully.
