Helpful Tracking with Reliable Assistance
Hyros has been helpful overall for tracking and attribution, and while the platform hasn’t always been perfect, the support team has been solid when I’ve needed them. Hyros Has Been a Game-Changer for My Business
I run an online coaching business, and Hyros has become one of the most valuable tools we use. I actually started using it before running paid ads just to understand which YouTube videos were driving sales and the insights were incredible.
Now that we’re running paid traffic, the difference between Google’s tracking and Hyros is night and day. Hyros catches conversions that other platforms completely miss, and it’s saved us thousands by showing exactly what’s working and what isn’t.

Before using Hyros, I struggled to understand which of my ads and campaigns were actually performing. Tracking was inconsistent, and it made optimization really difficult. Since switching to Hyros, everything has become much clearer — the tracking is accurate, and I can finally pinpoint exactly which ads are weak and which ones are driving results.

Hyros is really great
Hyros is really great. I love the support. i can jump on a call with them or get same day response via slack with an in depth loom (highly recommend just asking your account manager for loom tutorials on things it makes changing things super fast!)
overall great, the UI is clean and its been a game changer with seeing whats bringing in sales!

A few road bumps but it’s good now
My experience with Hyros started a bit rocky. There was an oversight where I didn’t get contacted by a representative to get my account setup. But after speaking with Marcelo we got everything figured out and Nour has been very responsive and helpful.
A few cons I’ve experienced is that the setup was incredibly difficult. I built an entire Wordpress website but I couldn’t setup the Hyros integrations. For all of the technical advances with AI the setup felt a bit archaic and not very user friendly.
As for the positives, you get a lot of data, customized dashboards, reports, and the team is very helpful.

Excellent tracking for sales attribution. I am using meta ads, google ads, and organic sources. I have a 95% tracking attribution score. My dedicated agent, Nour, is very helpful and professional.
