I would like to highly recommend Hyros as a software tool. We are currently spending around 10k on ads, and it saves us a significant amount of money by allowing us to track our data properly.
This part is obvious — but what’s not obvious is the level of support they provide. So far, it’s the best support I have ever experienced from any software. The team is always ready to help, jump on a call, assist with configuration, and answer questions.
We’re now in our third month, and besides the money saved on poorly performing ads, using this tool is extremely easy and enjoyable.

I cannot say enough about the incredible support I received from the Hyros team — especially Dorin and Marius. I spent hours trying to navigate Meta’s new Ads Manager interface and completely lost access to my analytics. As someone running active campaigns, the stress was real. I truly thought something was broken on my end.
Dorin was the first person I spoke with earlier in the day. We couldn’t move forward with our scheduled call because I couldn't access anything, and instead of rushing me off, he rescheduled and made himself available the entire evening while I tried to troubleshoot. That alone meant so much.
When we hopped back on the follow-up call, he brought in Marius — and together they walked me step-by-step through the exact path to finally regain access. They screen-shared, stayed patient, and didn’t quit until everything was working again. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine support they showed turned a stressful situation into complete relief.
My ads weren’t broken (thank God!) — it was just a new interface. But the way they handled my concerns made all the difference.

World class onboarding from Raoul
Spending $10-15k a month on ads and hyros has been great to see the true winners as meta is notorious for under reporting sales. Been able to scale campaigns with the right data. Onboarding was very succinct and had all of my questions answered by Raoul. Looking forward to working more closely with them as I scale things up.

Nowdays most SaaS platforms over-promise and under-deliver. This was not the case with Hyros.
The team helped us onboard quickly - and within a week we could finally track and see data way clearer than before. Not only did this help our pixel - it also made decision making way more grounded in real and clear data.
If you run any type website that get sales - you're missing out on a ton of important data if you don't have Hyros. You should probably get it yesterday...

Great software, we're finally able to see where our purchases come from. We have a few different funnels so leads used to get mixed up, now we have way more clarity. Frustrating Reliability Issues With Tracking
I’ve had multiple instances where Hyros randomly drops all tracking data — always at the worst possible time, usually right as we’re scaling ads. It completely disrupts our reporting and makes decision-making impossible.
What’s even more disappointing is that this issue has been happening for a long time, and the engineering team still hasn’t been able to provide a proper fix. For a platform that markets itself on accuracy and reliability, this has been a major letdown.
I really hope they address these problems soon, because businesses depend on this data.
