My account got disabled but no follow up support
My account got disabled for some reason. To contact support I needed to log in to my account which I can't because it's disabled. I rang customer support. There was no accounts selection so I got transferred to tech support. They took down my information and said someone will contact me. They did not contact me. So now I can't get back in. What a complete and utter shambles of a company you are. One star is too much.
No explanation given for rejecting my account
Got this message from them when I reported having trouble with my credit card. Trying to migrate an entire app db to them. What terrible messaging:

If there was a ‘no star’ rating, that’s what I will give them. From their inaccurate weather forecasts to their customer service totally sucks! I am way over 87years of age. We grew up breathing IBM. Customer service rude and illogical reply to email
I wanted to use their cloud services for data anlaysis and tried to register with my credit card. The credit card verification failed three times. I wrote to them quoting the error that I get and they wrote to me that they can not offer me services and they won't even tell why. The tone of the email was so rude and it is also so rude to not offer services without telling why you chose not to offer services to someone.

IBM has billing issues due to two badly integrated invoicing platforms - charging incorrect amounts to the card.
I have flagged this to IBM support ref CS2771133
If IBM fails to get the billing right, IBM will fail on more serious projects. Take your business elsewhere.
Customer service non existent and rude
There was a simple problem with my credit card (wrong CVC code entered) and I got a number and a code to get in touch in order to solve the problem, what I did. The answer that I got was exactly this:
"Hello,
We have reviewed your account/transaction and will not be able to offer services.
No further information will be disclosed regarding this matter.
Regards,
Cloud Trust Enablement Team"
Nothing more, that's it.

SPSS Worst Customer Service in my Life
I bought a 1-year subscription for SPSS. After two weeks, my SPSS all of a sudden said that I did not have a subscription. I called five different IBM support numbers. After numerous rounds of being transferred, I was sent to account receivables, which sent me to SPSS support, which sent me to online support. I was asked for a customer number. I was told by one agent that I am not given a customer since I am a 1 year subscriber. I have an order confirmation number from IBM but this was useless. I was asked for a case number. I could not get a case number because no one would take my case. The "chat with an agent" on line, told me to submit an online case, which also needed my customer number, so I could not get a case number on line either. I pleaded with everyone I spoke with about my seemingly simple issue, my ordeal in trying to find help (over 4 days now of numerous call, chats, etc), and they would... ask for my customer number (AGAIN).

Unethical company
Unethical company, how the once great name of IBM has fallen so low. Watch out for auto-renewal being turned on for year long contracts without you realising and then them refusing to cancel the service even when requested immediately (same day we got renewal confirmation through we asked their support to cancel and refund). We have stopped using them for all business services.

Signed up excitedly and got my conformation emails. Then I had to sign in to get started. IMPOSSIBLE. seriously I tried everything. It says that either my password or email was wrong but i went straight from the conformation email that they sent.
They have lost a customer today. Waste of my time. 🤬
Deeply immoral company
Terrible company with a complete lack of transparency. IBM's facebook page also received a plethora of negative reviews and they responded by removing the reviews from their page. This is a slimy company that is a danger to democracy as a whole. Even a small amount of research will reveal the corruption and immorality that this company thrives upon.

Good cloud platform. Downtime is minimized and bugs are fixed almost instantly. Other than poor support for free users, I would recommend this to my colleagues.
