We got a great deal on a high end LED mirror. I was concerned about the quality of the mirror however the representative that I spoke to assured me it was a good quality mirror. It certainly is and we are very happy with it. We ordered the Flore 48 x 36.

This website is over priced! The mirrors are no different than the ones they sell at Amazon and a fraction of the price. Order from Amazon it’s prime free delivery before you waste your time on this website

This company has excellent customer service. I contacted them to review a concern and Matthew Scott was very attentive and worked with me to resolve to my satisfaction. We purchased two original ovals and one original round. We prefer backlit mirrors. Arrived on time as promised, well packaged and in excellent condition. Our contractors found them easy to mount and hook up. Color temp and CRI appear as advertised.

My mirror is so beautiful! It's so easy to order in their website. My questions were answered right away. The whole process is stress free. It arrived earlier than the delivery date, way earlier! It's well packaged. It is worth every penny I spent on it! Did I mention already how beautiful my mirror is?!? It is so beautiful! I highly recommend this company! And thank you IB Mirror!

Finally got to install the mirrors and they look really nice in the new bathroom. Mirrors were very well packed and secure. Fedex freight was a little scary but we got it worked out. 100x45 mirrors so huge.

Mirror arrived smashed and they promptly replaced it within days when provided photographs. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Gorgeous lighted mirror! It certainly is a statement piece in our master bathroom

We purchased 2 Harmony mirrors in July with no problems at all, charged to our credit card from Miami. A few months later, using the exact same online ordering process, we ordered another Harmony mirror to replace one that our builder broke. It was charged to our credit card from Montreal, for which our bank then charged a foreign transaction fee of $19.36. When I contacted IBMirror to receive reimbursement for the fee, they told me that they were unable to refund the fee because it was charged by my bank. They actually meant unwilling. Today our builder was going to install the new mirror and noticed that it was the wrong size -- 40" x 24" rather than the 48" x 24" that we had ordered. I immediately contacted IBMirror to have them expedite shipment of the correct mirror. Two hours later I was instructed to send pictures of the box so that they could verify that they had sent the wrong mirror. It took three and a half MORE hours to be sent a return label for FedEx and be told that they wouldn't send the correct mirror until they received evidence that FedEx had received the wrong mirror for return shipment. When I indicated that delaying shipment of the replacement was a further inconvenience for IBMirror's error, I was told that was company policy. In other words, they didn't care that I was inconvenienced. I never received a response to my request that the replacement be expedited and I never received an apology for IBMirror's mistake. RECOMMENDATION: Think very carefully about doing business with IBMirror. Customer Service is not important to them and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Also, be aware that the only reviews they show on their own website are 5 star reviews.

I ordered two towel warmers and 3 LED mirrors. The ordering process was simple, customer service response was personal and immediate, and product shipped promptly and securely. My project is a new build so haven't installed yet but know that I will be completely thrilled. My experience with IBMirror has been wonderful so far. I know that if I have any issue once I break into the pallet, I can count on their customer service to help make it right. But I'm counting on NO issues :)

I had one the one incident that mirror came damaged and the response from Company was immediate ,
Replacement was sent in no time. I have a lots of local and Internet companies to choose mirrors from ,however, I have been purchasing mirrors from IBMirrors as quality and Customer Service never disappoints.

Purchased a very expensive mirror through a retailer, had it installed a month after receiving it and noticed it was damaged from the factory, a reflection on their quality control. They told our retailer since they weren't told within 14 days, they won't exchange or warranty their product....period. The damage would never have been seen until it was installed and illuminated, so any inspection until installation would not have been seen.
This is a company that does not care about customer satisfaction and hides behind their 'fine print' versus produce a quality product. Will never ever purchase any of their products again.

I had a small leak in a recently purchased towel warmer. I contacted customer service and a new unit was immediately sent out. Thanks to Matt for great service!
