Regarding custom dimensions like 20” x 30”, many of our artworks are available in a range of standard sizes, but not every image is offered in every dimension. I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. The print is very nice, but whoever assembled it did not make sure the inside of the glass was clean. There are several specks of debris in different areas of the print- a few of which are very noticeable - black speck on the white mat, black speck on light area of the main flower, etc. The debris is inside and I don't want to risk damaging the print by opening it to clean it all up. Where this print was going to be displayed, people would be up close to it and definitely notice the flaws.

Great products, but beware of UPS handling and delivery
LOVE the Eric Joyner canvases I have bought from iCanvas. The only thing I would suggest is that you include advice on how far apart to space the anchors/screws for hanging on the large pieces. I do have some criticism of the delivery, but that's UPS - they don't exactly handle with care! One corner of the cardboard box was torn, and they dropped it in the driveway by garage, with rain in the forecast, rather than bringing it to the front door which is sheltered from the elements!

I love it. I do wish it had an easier way of hanging like the traditional hardware for paintings instead of these weird long screws.
Still- it is lovely, looks great in my garage, and arrived on time.

Packing matetial needs an upgrade!
My only criticism is the canvas was not properly protected for shipping. It was not covered in bubble wrap or plastic or cardboard. The cardboard box arrived open with damage to the box. Don't feel bad I have ordered 8 canvases from various companies snd every single box has arrived terribly damaged. But luckily the canvas was not. The companies that cover the canvases in plastic or bubble wrap or even better put a second protective sheet of cardboard over the canvas after it is wrapped in plastic, give it the best chance to make it through shipping. The condition the boxes arrive in are truly terrible. So please toughen up your packing material to protect the canvas!!
