Very nice design for the shop, easy to order and the follow up was equally nice. The kids are delighted with their watches, even without all the phone-linked functionalities.
Only stressful part (for them) was the delivery which was rather lacking in precision.

My experience as a buyer is very good. The watch arrived on time and in perfect conditions according with the conditions. My experience with the post-sales is really bad. I have another Ice watch and it needs a new belt. I contacted in two times with Customer Service to get a new one and nobody never replies me. I'm very disgusted as I cannot use my Ice watch.

I owned ICE Cosmos bought in 2023. Silicone strap surrounded the metallic watch became loose and unable to hold the watch case anymore. I asked how to change for new strap but they said I need to change the whole case because the strap, glass and caseback come together as per customer service explained. Not worth my money at all. They used low quality of silicone strap but they charged us to change unnecessary component when only the strap were needed to change. The repair price would cost me new watch ICE Glam price. I wont repeat this brand anymore.

I sent this watch back as it didn't do all that I expected form it. If you want to mesure daily steps and receive calls and notifications it's really nice - smart and elegant. But.. if you are interested in the sleep and heart monitor, well it didn't work for me. It has good features and is worth it's price.

Battery last quite long been using it for more than a week and still haven't recharged it yet. The compatibility of it with android and ios is great. Really cool to gift without having to check compatibility.
