Ice-Watch Reviews

My son like it and me too coz i need to check my BP from time to time. And its more safer i think than sending it and entrusting to the delivery person

Nice watch...good loking...Nice kaki color...Light and good size..

The watch is really nice and worked well durring 4 days, but very sensitive to water. 1 dish washing and the device is dead... We'll go for a real water proof model next time.

The watch I’ve ordered was highly recommended. My friend loves it very much! It’s very nice gift for somebody you love or for yourself!
Very fast delivery. Thank you Ice-Watch!

Nice delivery
Good product quality
It's a little detail but I'm a little disappointed by the fact that the frame's color is the not the same as the bracelet's color

Beautiful watch, great price, perfect delivery

The purchase and delivery went fine, but the golden color on the side of the watch already wears off after 7 days!

The return policy is bad. I ordered a watch strap for Christmas, it doesn't fit and I can't send it back because 14 days have passed. At Christmas it is rare to give gifts the day before for the next day. So I have a bracelet that is useless and that I cannot return to exchange it for a compliant one. Disappointed.

Dépite several changes in the delivery conditions, package delivered on Time and in good conditions

Very quick and easy delivery. My son (age 7) absolutes loves the watch as he can track his cycles/ runs/ walks and count his steps. He likes the games. With the changeable watch faces he can learn to tell the time (rather than just digital numbers). Very happy with the watch and would recommend it.

The whole process from ordering to delivery was great. The watch arrived within the 5 working days. The watch was a gift for my 4 year old niece and it fits her perfect I bought her the XS

She is very happy with her first watch.

Easy to order and fast delivery.
The pack was well protected and product the good one.
The connected watch is light and easy to configure.

The watch is so beautiful and looks more expensive than the price I bought it for. It was a wonderful present it was really loved and cherished. Some friends are already asking where I got it from. I will bug again.

Watch is very nice and works well. Shipping is rather slow (1 week) and packaging was poor: the watch box was swinging free in its cardboard box. Room for improvement.

Very fast delivery. My son is really happy about his watch

Not the slightest exchange possible, you can only get a refund, and the shipping costs are half the price of the product. Disgusted, I will never order from them again.

We purchased a watch in the DR and it was defective and I sent them pictures of the watch- after a few short emails and a review of the situation they replaced the watch and made it a painless experience! my contact person was Matilde and she was great!!!!

THANK YOU

Would not hesitate to purchase another watch from this great company- great customer service

We have had a delivery issue and could not get our watch as originally intended. Once we signify it to the Ice Watch Customer Service we got it resolved in 24h00: Great experience and nice to see a company that cares about their customers.
