Efficient and friendly service from Femi and Ben - would highly recommend!

Femi and Ben did a great job and I’m so much happy with it. They did a nice mould treatment and I’m happy with the result.

I've just had Monty and Greg come out to clean up from a leak we had earlier today. Our living room was in a state and to say I was stressed is an understatement.
The guys were brilliant! They cleaned up, explained everything they did and why they were doing it. Completed all the tests and explained what would happen next.
Very polite, respectful of our home and very professional.

Thank you ICE for all your help with my recent burst pipe flooding. After some water damage across my flat, Monty from ICE came to clear my carpets and wooden flooring to dry and sanitise. He did a through job and I am very pleased with the result and advise given after the job about dehumidifiers and skirting boards. He's colleuge Greg did a good job with the wooden flooring. Thank you, to Zoe from the call centre you was able to quickly book me in and explain the cleaning process.

Viv was excellent, great advice and knowledge around the mould problem. Was very thorough around what work was to be carried out and follow on advice.

Truly terrible experience with this company.
I hired them to clean a flat after tenant left.
They charged me over 1200 pounds money up front.
They turned up late and I left them to it. I got a call later that say asking for another 900 pounds.
I went to my flat and found different cleaners standing on my furniture to clean ceiling with dirty rags. Damage was caused in the property a blind was broken.
I complained to my contact and was sent 2 people out the next day but it was more of the same.
Fortunately I paid with credit card and got money back.
I would never use this company again and would advise any future customers to beware.

Greg and Monty were simply great. Monty came and assessed the job within an hour’s notice. He was friendly, professional and compassionate.
The following day he and Greg returned. They kept me informed on the phone, got to work quickly, and were awesome from start to end. They did a super job, worked quickly and competently.
I can’t recommend them highly enough and would certainly use again.

Zac at ICE has been fantastic. We had a near and serious issue with heating oil in a septic tank and kerosine fumes backing into our home, despite 5/6 houses having air source heating. Zac gave so much time to explain and chat about what could be the issue and the possible costs and advise on steps to take. Luckily we didn’t need the service as the issue has gone and been dealt with. The costs wojld have been life ruining but Zac was very kind and supporting through the whole process and very patient. We’ve kept ICE cleanings details in our resident management file (hopefully won’t need it for horrendous issues) but highly recommend them as they are incredibly knowledgable, kind and all round good company for any of their services. They’re happy to help any time and day. Thank Zac and ICE.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ANY COMPANY LISTED TO IT'S DIRECTOR AT ALL COSTS.

They attended a chemical leak on board a trailer and would not conduct the clean until payment had been made in advance. When the clean dragged to a second day they would not attend until a second payment was made in advance. The cargo and trailer were "cleaned" but we asked for evidencing photographs to start the claim against the cargo that caused the leak. Needles to say photo's did not arrive and we were told they would be included in the report. We were told the cargo had been cleaned and fit for delivery but it transpired the cargo was left soaking wet and unable to be accepted by the customer. We chased for months for the report, only to be told by their staff we would need to speak to the director, who would not take our calls and would not respond to email. We were then told that the company had gone into liquidation but the report should still be available and again needed to speak to the director, who would still not take any calls to the land line and his staff would not provide his mobile number. They still appear to be providing the same "services" using ICE Media Group Ltd. Our company is left with a huge cost paid to this organisation and significant cargo claims because we have been unable to provide the report for the "services" they provided.
