We had a great experience with Iceland Car Rental! There was a slight hiccup with our rental, as it hadn’t been fully charged for pick-up, but the team was super helpful and gave us one of their newest additions to the fleet. As a consequence, we had the nicest car I have ever driven and I was very sad to return it on the last day. I would definitely rent with them again!

We rented a 7 seat car with full coverage for 1 week to travel around Iceland and everything was great. The company was very helpful and we had no issues with the car.

It was all super easy from the beginning. We just booked the car that we thought would adjust to us in this trip, we chose an automatic Kia Stonic and it worked wonderful and with enough space for us 3 and our luggage.

The day they would give us the car they made it super easy and confortable for us, clear explanations and answers to our doubts. It was also super helpful that they let us giving back the car even later than the time that we initially booked, which was absolutely useful so we didn't need to get too stressed to go back on time (thinking of getting lost in the way or having problems with the traffic).
I found also really nice that they indicate which fuel the car needs, not only they tell you, but it is also displayed on the small door for the tank. We got also a discount card for the gas station which made a huge difference in the price.
About the contact for emergency and rules for circulation in Iceland was all clear and easy to understand and we had also the QR code in the car to check anytime we needed.

Rented a car for a week in july. The car was as described, had absolutely no issues with it.

Everything was smooth, nonissuee

It was very easy to pick up our car after about a 20 minute walk there from our cruise ship dock. We booked it ahead of time and were happy we did.

Very fast, comfortable and automatic car pick-up takes 2 minutes (: When using "platinum" insurance (which I recommend at F-Roads), returning the vehicle is just as fast. The car - in our case, the new Dacia Bigster 4x4 - surprised us very pleasantly, both in its size and quality (we even "presented" the car to many people we met on our trip through Iceland).

We booked online for a 9-day rental in downtown Reykjavik. We had trouble finding the building, but that was the only negative. The welcome was warm, the explanations clear, and the car was exactly as booked. We particularly appreciated the team's flexibility when we requested an extension to the rental period and return location. Perfect, I highly recommend it.
