Great experience with Iceland Car Rental! Perfect! Excellent! Very quick cars kyes pickup (5 min) and and easy car drop off (2 min). Very friendly staff. Car (KIA Ceed) in excellent condition. Rent a car parking is 6 min walk from arrival terminal. It is no need shuttle bus. Much better price than the competition. Thanks.

Excellent customer service. Pick-up and return were very uncomplicated. The type of car we originally booked was not available, so we got a free upgrade. The car was new and very clean. Preexisting (minor) damages were appropriately documented. During our trip, we received weather updates from Blue Car Rental. Fortunately, we did not require any assistance or repairs during the rental period (1 week), so no additional communication was necessary.

Vehicle was clean and worked great for us. Pick up and drop off easy. Timely response to my email during the trip asking if I got an automated speeding ticket. Only negative was the bus ride from the terminal to the rental office. It was a 20 minute wait, and was packed. People were loaded down with luggage and there was nowhere to store the luggage. People were trying to crawl over luggage to get off at the car rental stops. We got smarter on the way back. One of us got dropped off at the terminal with the bags and the other returned the car and walked back to the terminal.

It’s our first car rental in Iceland. We would have been better collecting the car at Airport instead of in Reykjavik itself. Staff at depot were quite helpful but didn’t take us to the car instead effectively just handed me the keys. The car was very well used,quite a bit of damage to try and note and compare to what the record shows. I’d also purchased Sat Nav in advance but the vehicle didn’t have it and when I asked about it was told .. use your phone! And use the wifi booster we give you. So initially a little annoyed as that wasn’t as convenient, however it worked! Car was comfortable. But again should have gone for something a little larger perhaps. Drop off was easy and staff polite.

I had a great experience with the car rental company. The booking process was quick and easy, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. The Jeep Renegade I rented was clean, in excellent condition, and ready on time.

What I especially appreciated was the transparency—no hidden fees, clear rental terms, and fast check-in and return process. The team was always available to answer questions and made the whole experience stress-free.

Easy pick up, good prices for the car itself. Pretty much need to get the premium insurance option and that’s quite expensive

Helpful staff, great email communications prior to picking the car up, and an easy location at the Keflavik airport which you can walk to or be dropped off by a shuttle.

The rental process was smooth - both pickup and drop off. The staff was super helpful and the car was in great condition!

Once we found our rental provider, they were very helpful and provided good local guidance. The GPS was a must-have, although the naming conventions were challenging.

I had a great experience with Iceland Car Rental. The car was in excellent condition, and I was able to upgrade to a larger vehicle for just €30 extra for 9 days, which was well worth it. Both the pick-up and return process were very smooth and hassle-free.

One major advantage of renting with Iceland Car Rental is that I was allowed to pay in cash upon arrival, unlike most other rental companies that charge your credit card in advance.

I definitely plan to return to Iceland, and without a doubt, I will rent from this company again. Highly recommended!

Great prices and customer service. It was very easy to book and I had no issues with the rental. The cheapest prices I have found in Iceland. I will definitely be using them again.

Easy check in and out. Nice folks at the home office. The car was a peppy little diesel with 4wd. Just hang onto your doors in the wind.
