We're sorry this happened. It's the first time in 47 years we've been in this position. Due to the global pandemic quickly unfolding, we were put in an unexpected position where we had a sharp peak in orders (e.g. NZD & AUD), and at the same time, our wholesale suppliers couldn't supply new notes (due to closing operations to protect their staff).
Unfortunately this meant that we had to let some customers down, and it took us longer than we'd like to contact those customers (e.g. next day) - again, this is a unique scenario for us, as we've always managed to contact customers on any issue on the same day.
I hope you can consider us again, as many of customers are repeat customers due to our excellent service and good rates. - DB

Better rate
ICE's rate was attractive in comparison to other high street money exchange shops and because of that I singled them out. They will accept credit or debit cards. The speed for completing the transaction was moderate.

Reserved money in this branch
Reserved money in this branch, but got collected in other branch (my bad, didnt check location properly and didnt expect that there are couple of branches close to each other). But I was happy with service, attention and how quickly and easy it was. Definitely will get back in future to avoid all possible hassle with currency exchange

Really Friendly BUT
However... There was a cash machine right next to us and people had used it during my time changing my money. It felt a little uncomfortable because people could hear what I was doing and how much. That needs to be moved to a different part of the place as people could use that as an attempt to steal after knowing how much people are taking out. Just a little suspicious activity to be aware of.
