Lost a part to the buggy that wasn’t…

Lost a part to the buggy that wasn’t available online to purchase. Emailed ickle bubba and they got back to be so quickly and sorted out the replacement by sending me an invoice that I could pay through! Very helpful and quick responses!

I absolutely love this pushchair

I absolutely love this pushchair. It is so lightweight and folds away perfectly, leaving me with so much more space in my hallway! I would definitely recommend.

Great customer service!

I made my order through boots and was having a little trouble getting some details to register my pram for warranty, Phoebe was super helpful with this and when I explained my issue and gave her a video showing it, she was so quick with her response and solution (which thankfully was a replacement) really took the stress off for me. In the grand scheme of things can seem so minor but just really makes such a big difference with the great customer service. Would easily buy from ickle bubba again just because of this!

Great products, and great customer service

We bought a Rotator 360 car seat 3 years ago for our first child. It has always been fantastic, so when we recently had our second child, we went right back for another.

Unfortunately there is a slight short-coming of the design when fitting it to the rear drivers side (right hand side) in our vehicle.

We contacted support to try and find a solution, but there was nothing they could do with that particular model. Instead they offered to swap it out for a different model, the Radial (same seat, different base). They shipped it next day, and the day after collected the Rotator.

They went above and beyond to make us happy, with no drama or fuss, and so fast we were sorted and ready for our bank holiday getaway!

I highly recommend both the products and the company.

Bought a double stroller from this…

Bought a double stroller from this company, worked absolutely brilliantly, after a couple of months I had found a fault with this. Contacted them and they have sent out a replacement all within five minutes of sending the first message. Couldn’t recommend them enough for going above and beyond to help

I am not happy with the purchase at…

I am not happy with the purchase at all. The pram set completely looks so cheap and the wheels are shaky. No shock absorption and it will make baby feels shaky while asleep. I have sent for a refund request and for the return i had to pay £20 . This is so unacceptable.
