Company seems great their downfall will be the courier they keep choosing to deliver orders in this case fedex.
I paid extra for priority delivery and all now they are unable to deliver my order, advising that I have given the wrong address, which i haven't. They are being lazy at this point, they haven't even called to ask for instructions although I have left instructions. And the tracking keeps updating daily saying it will be delivered the next working day by 6pm. Ridiculous

My stroller was delivered the following day after ordering. Best delivery time that I’ve ever received.
Ordering and paying was super easy on line.
The product was more than expected!
Absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to try it taking my granddaughter out.
Really wanted the caramel colour but thought better of it and wait for the practical grey, less chance of showing up dirty marks.
I would absolutely recommend this brand.

I ordered the ickle bubba colby cot which arrived promptly- unfortunatly there were parts missing. I contacted customer services who were absolutely brilliant and sorted this out really quickly! Mistakes can be made but its how they are dealt with that matters. The efficiency was greatly appreciated!
The cot looks lovely, I would highly recommend this brand and order from here again.

Bought a car seat a few months back to have as a spare at my parents. First time I used it, it didn’t seem great. Second time I used it the straps were getting completely jammed and impossible to use. Contacted their customer services and spoke to Lahara who has immediately replaced the car seat as it was faulty, which is great, thank you.

Tyler at Ickle Bubba has been fantastic, he was so helpful and tentative. We lost our Ickle Bubba items in quite a traumatic way and so reached out to Ickle Bubba for any help they could offer. All the staff that I was in contact with were sensitive to our situation and I really felt that they cared about us as people and wanted to help in anyway they could. Thank you so much for trying to find a way to help us during a really difficult time, you dont know how much it has helped knowing that someone has been willing to go out of their way to make this time that bit easier. I received my 1st part of my order arrived in good time, the 2nd part has still not arrived! It’s been 2 weeks I have reached out via email and received apologies that it was a label error and it would be expedited immediately, I had to reach out again as it still had not arrived, I was told it would be resent as it was the shipper problem and they were using a different shipper to resend! It has still not arrived but we got a notification from the 1st shipper that it was to be delivered tomorrow! 12 days after we received the 1st part of the order.

I am first time be dad in UK so don't know which travel system and which car seat have to use for my baby.thats by i ordered wrong travel system but thanks to ickle bubba team . They help me to change right product. Second thing stump luxe products are good in quality wise and in reasonable price. Delivery on time.Honestly want say everything is good but need to improve only communication system.

Fantastic ordering service and wonderful pram, we love it. Easy to fold and very light.
Massively let down on the delivery - was told it was out for delivery and given a time slot, it never showed, and got an image of it back at the warehouse at 7pm despite not being given any notice that it was no longer being delivered. Then the next day given a delivery slot between 8am-10pm so had to wait in all day again! Eventually arrived at 4pm. Terrible experience from FedEx with no communication update!
