I’ve written on here before about a year ago or so about how amazing the customer service is. And yet again they have been brilliant. I need a mattress for the ickle bubba next to me as I am reusing it for my second baby due June 2026, but none were in stock. I emailed them and they are putting one aside for me when they’re back in stock and going to send it out asap. They really are the best customer service and are really quick to respond. Thank you yet again ickle bubba team !!!!

I had lost straps to an older version of a pram, the customer service team advised on what I needed to purchase in a timely manner via WhatsApp and email. Paid and it's now on its way.

I loved my travel system Stomp Luxe 12 Piece Travel System with i-Size Nimbus 180° Spin Car Seat & ISOFIX Base. It is beautiful and seems to be very strong and confortable. My baby is due to Aprivl 2026, so I didn't test yet, but I can't wait to use it!!

Delivery was very quick.
Some discount wasn’t applied , however a quick call to the customer service team and a refund was sent the next day for the discount.

Bought the magic fold high chair for my daughter when I was pregnant, she started using this around 7/8 months old and had an injury in it. Ickle bubba were great with replacing the high chair and even upgraded free of charge for us. However, they were supposed to collect our high chair for inspection (which DPD were terrible with and took a couple of attempts) but they have now had my chair back for a couple of weeks and I’ve heard no further information even when emailing asking for an update. So do not recommend the magic fold high chair at all.

Francesca was excellent and really helpful. I ordered a pram set and the discount code didn’t work. Once I noticed this after purchasing, I emailed in as it was quite a significant saving (especially for a first time mum!), hoping I could either cancel and re-order using the discount code or be refunded the amount the discount code would have saved me.
Francesca responded the next morning (I emailed at night) and arranged a refund of the amount I would have saved if I had used the discount code - very impressed with the customer service levels and timescales for responding to customers⭐️
