Great customer service

I spoke with Phoebe today who was extremely helpful. I was missing items with my order and she was very quick to arrange delivery for the missing parts.

Francesca - Stomp Travel System

Francesca was excellent and really helpful. I ordered a pram set and the discount code didn’t work. Once I noticed this after purchasing, I emailed in as it was quite a significant saving (especially for a first time mum!), hoping I could either cancel and re-order using the discount code or be refunded the amount the discount code would have saved me.

Francesca responded the next morning (I emailed at night) and arranged a refund of the amount I would have saved if I had used the discount code - very impressed with the customer service levels and timescales for responding to customers⭐️

I have bought two prams from ickle…

I have bought two prams from ickle bubba. Both lovely unfortunately I have experienced some difficulties with the virgo but Lahara has been so helpful and speedy when dealing with my enquiries.

Our travel system delivery was missing an item…

Our travel system delivery was missing an item but I used the WhatsApp number to contact the team, I spoke with Lahara and they were great. Have said they will send a replacement item for next day delivery.

Fantastic customer service

Everything was super easy

Easy to order, came within a week.
I ordered the stomp luxe travel system have only set up the main carrycot part so far (haven't changed to the stroller set up but looks easy enough to do) was easy to set up is super light weight and easy to push and the fold down operation is also super easy. I didnt order a car seat or isofix as already had a maxi cosi one from my son which is compatible which this system, i just had to order the ickle bubba adaptors so that saved me some money! The whole system looks lovely clean and sleek I went with the full black with the brown straps and it looks so smart can't wait to use it properly. Comes with standard warranty but if you register it for free you can extended 4 year warranty which i am super happy with.

They listen to your concern regarding late delivery

My order was late but as soon as I contacted them they delivered the next working day. I am so pleased with company and their understanding of customers concern. They have good customer service and deliver with care. As for my order, it is strong material perfect for the rain and bad weather, and easily assemble to put to together. My baby loves walks and recently purchased the bag and I can fit everything inside. Thank you ☺️
