First time at Silverstone auction, to be honest I didn’t belong there financially!!! Whole experience was made very simple and easy, probably too easy!!! Only went to look at one car (‘59 DeSoto) just to scratch an itch, buying it was way too easy! Guess the owner was tanked up!! Anyway great experience for me, made extra special because it’s a bloody lovely car!!!! Thanks Iconic

Harry on telephone bidding , I felt he read me , read the room , and said all appropriate , informative and guiding comments ( brief understandably) at bidding time.

And to be part of the Silverstone Festival was a bonus

They are all very skilled with the market and I believe Iconic to have a fantastic reach worldwide. Great communication, very professional and helpful. We were recommended to Iconic by our friend. From the moment he picked up the phone, Lionel from Iconic Auctioneers was a absolute Gem to deal with. He truly bent over backwards to make sure our vehicle was ready in time for the competition car Auction at Silverstone & helped arrange last minute mechanics that were needed ...he earned every penny of commission. We met and dealt with Lionel and Harry in person who were both lovely and so professional. The Auction was an amazing and fun experience, with the Car going for almost double it's guide price so our expectations were exceeded. Payment was prompt into our Bank Account. Absolutely no hesitation in using Iconic to buy or Sell in the future and would highly recommend.

We used Iconic to sell our Triumph Vitesse 2.0. We were given clear guidance on the different sales options, the process was super efficient, courteous and quick, the presentation pack was very nicely done, and the car was sold with minimal fuss. Altogether excellent service at a reasonable price.

Nice car but was always going to be at very top of price point for the year/model
Would be even nicer for the obvious faults to be pointed out such as dent in bonnet, noisy bearing or doesn’t start in P (Auto). I realise that we can go to viewing but was really too far.
I appreciate that these particular Auctions are run really well and this is why people tend to trust them more with higher prices realised than other more basic auction sites.
Would use again but would would inspect if spending more money than I did this time

After trying to sell my MGA for a year I turned to Richard at Iconic for help. He was extremely professional in his dealings with me, arranging excellent photos and securing a great show position for the car at Silverstone. When bidding for the car commenced the auctioneer kept going achieving a price significantly above the top estimate. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received from Richard and the Iconic team and would not hesitate to use them again.

Richard Greenhalgh helped me with the sale of my car at the Silverstone Classic and I have to say I was most impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the classic market. A really interesting chap who made the process easy and constantly kept me informed of the interest my car was achieving. He guided the car well and Iconic returned exactly what he thought.
