I had one of the best customer service…
I had one of the best customer service experiences for a very long time. Scott's diligence notified me that there was a security on the item I was purchasing, which could have caused unknown trouble in the future. He went over and above for the best solution for me. So I then used zziCredit to help me buy a new car. Its the best feeling knowing you dony have to haggle with car sales. Highly recommend.

A huge thank you to Emily at iCredit who has been outstanding to work with. She has been very responsive, quick and easy to communicate with and I always knew what I needed to do and what the next steps were from there. When we had to change to another supplier, it didn't feel like a big deal at all (though I suspected she did a lot of hard work behind the scenes to make that happen and make it seem easy for me), and everything was underway again quickly once we had a new supplier.
Working with Emily has made the process of finance procurement super easy for someone like me who is always stressed and busy juggling multiple things. Having worked with other finance companies before that were recommended to me, if I had to choose again I would choose working with Emily and iCredit.
Next time I need finance for a car I will definitely be reaching out to Emily and iCredit.
