We take feedback from our customers very importantly and have tried contacting you to discuss your concerns.
I would like to make note of your comments on the review.
Firstly, we do not set the interest rate. This is somehting that is provided by the lender / bank and is determined upon a number of factors including overall profile of the applicant, the loan amount and the age of the asset being purchased.
We provided loan comparisons to you prior to the submission of any loan application to provide you an understanding of where you were qualifying with lenders (especially with the asset being over 15 years of age)
We recapped with you at approval stage of the repayments and interest rate being offered by the bank.
The interest rate achieved for you was after our negotiations with that particular lender to have your 'approved rate' reduced, of which resulted slightly higher than what would have been offered on a new trailer.
The loan documents were emailed through to you to view, read and discuss prior to any signature or acceptance of the loan.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us, however we feel the result achieved for you was a suitable result based on parameters provided.
