Very poor service, attended for an appointment, the appointment was rushed and was told by the chap he’s going on holiday and will update us when he is back, of course we received no call back, we then rang and chased it - should that really be our job? Promised call back, nothing received…. Went elsewhere and glad I did, absolutely appalling customer service, I have a few thoughts as to why this happened and none of them are good thoughts! One to avoid.

After my last review and the response from this company, I called to discuss : "sorry no manager available" All in all a bad company that doesnt take ownership of its poor customer service. With so many other companies out there... Use someone who values customer service and takes feedback in a positive way rather than how this organisation has.

Just had our full bathroom renovated by this company. Cannot fault them one bit, was dreading the ripping out and the mess. However, it was kept to a minimum and everything was cleaned up before I got home. James has done a fantastic job of fitting a beautiful well designed bathroom that we are over the moon with. Highly recommend ideal plumbing for a very professional service from start to finish

Ideal Plumbing installed my Kitchen and Bathroom.
They also installed my boiler.
I cannot rate them enough.

I have had my full bathroom renovated by ideal bathrooms and it is beautiful!
Ginas customer service was exemplary, she knew exactly what I wanted and was efficient in making the work come together for me. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work my renovation required.
Can't reccomend highly enough!

I ordered my taps from here and they were great as they contacted me to arrange every detail with delivery to make sure I was available to receive them.

The whole process was dealt with very fast and their employees were very polite and helpful when they contacted me with designing my new kitchen.

What a brilliant design service and what nice friendly staff - very helpful and gave me some really good ideas - directed me to buy just the right stuff for my bathroom and dead cheap as competitive as buyin on web site but with loads of help - I recommend you visit the showroom !!!!!! Brill

Customer service was fantastic, helped me out a lot. Convenient and helpful, top quality!

I ordered my goods online and in the hour they rang me to inform me my goods were were being processed and dispatched the same day. They kept me up to date with what was going on with every detail.
Goods were in good condition too.

The service here was great. Really helped me sort out my bathroom, I would have been lost without them.
