AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to move my Domain names away from this company for months and have even paid the transfer fee. They are a complete joke, and I would never use or recommend them to anyone!!

Horrendous company and would give no stars if I could.

Absolute fraudsters - Avoid at all costs.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID......This company if you can call it that, take your money then never answer the phones or emails. I have been trying to move my Domains away from them for weeks now but they have been so unhelpful. Would give NO stars if I could.

I would be giving zero stars if it was an option.

Like most of the reviews, I’ve had the same experience, taking money out of my account without permission, keeping my bank details on file without my knowledge/agreement, charging for services I’ve not had

Don’t answer the phone or emails, despite ringing many many times and send 10’s of emails without a response.

Avoid at all costs

Yet again having told this company they don’t have permission to take a payment for another made up service they have just taken £200 . I am now having to cancel my credit card as they won’t remove my details from their system!! Don’t go near them !

This company is a complete SCAM although requesting they remove my credit card from their system they have still taken payments for services i have not asked for .
Surely this is illegal ??

Fraudsters! Stupidly purchased a domain through these guys a couple of years ago, subsequently they continue taking payments from our business credit card despite being asked to remove all traces of our card details from their records. When I try to contact them to get refunds emails bounce back from their support and all phone lines are dead. Credit card bank have been great and placed a permanent block on them now and refunded me AVOID!

Fraudulent business- beware. We bought domains from them but they did very little, ignored all emails, but constantly rang trying to get more money. When we cancelled, they closed down all domains immediately, but then still took the renewal fee, despite being notified on the cancellation. Subsequently, they have taken an additional unauthorised transaction from bank account and are not responding to calls/ emails.

Please avoid. I can see lots of other people/ businesses have also been scammed by them. Let's hope that the banks/ police/ Trading Standards catch up with the dodgy duo Kevin Barker and Steven Mouland ( directors of this shady company).

DO NOT USE, they are fraudsters, we purchased several domains from them months ago, which we still do not have access to these, they sold us wrong ones due to a spelling mistake their end, once you raise an issue with them they go cold on communication, will not answer calls or respond to emails. They also keep your card details on record and make unauthorised transactions.

Pissed off I said I wanted no more money spent with them this year 3/4 payments later. told a guy about it he said Kevin would call back but he didn’t call.

I initially brought one domain name with good service and follow up calls .. I was contacted again and brought 3 more but wanted to cancel the order next day..company not contactable on email or phone ..contacted the original sales person who said she forwarded my email and Kev the manager would call me back, which has not happened!
Their T&C are not sated in the call..you can not cancel your order!
"If a service has been requested and paid for, no refund will be given if the customer backs out, unless work has not yet started. With regards to domain names, all domain names are secured on behalf of the customer within 5 minutes of the sale, these, therefore, are legally binding straight away"
Feel like I have been scammed for £760 ..bit embarrassed and they have my card details.

OMG Zero Star service, I cancelled all the domain names they talked me into buys by saying "these have just came available" over a year ago then the re-licencing charges were withdrawn from my credit card, this was reversed and they had the audacity to ask me why! A year later and it has happened again! FURIOUS AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

If I could give no star I would!! They continuously take money without concent, always chasing for more money but never actually send an invoice to show what it is actually for! Emails and phone calls go unanswered when you have an issue with it!! Absolutely disgusting company

Once you are locked in, you won't be able to cancel.

I have been trying to cancel for months. Every time someone from the company call me to sell me something extra and I explain I am trying to cancel I am promised a call back, but nobody does call back. They do not respond to emails and nobody answers the company number!

EDIT: The response from iDomains to this review is that you simply have to email their support email, however EVERY SINGLE EMAIL I TRY TO SEND RESPONDS WITH REJECTED AS INBOX IS FULL. We have been trying to do this since April!

We have been with Steve and his team for six years. They designed us a strategy around a number of premium domains that support our key business targets. With their support, we achieved several page 1 rankings. I recognise some of the negative comments, but the people concerned have been moved on. We were recently attacked by a competitor, who posted a number of fake 1 star ratings, which Steve spotted immediately and had cleared within a couple of days. Great service. We have recently instructed Steve to update all our websites, as everything needs maintenance to work properly. Strongly recommended!

Idomains has been absolutely invaluable to our company, we have been with them for several years and they have consistently had our website ranked at the very top of page 1 on Google. Since we started using them for all our SEO and website building, we have had profitable year after profitable year.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

After the death of my son whose company I became the director of this company barraged me with phonecards insisting I was going to lose control of the website and was in breach of Internet security I finally agreed to pay £98 per year how stupid and vulnerable was I not keeping track of accounts as they have taken over £2.000.00 to date I am currently seeking legal advice as their is a loophole they have harnessed for their benefit please don't get caught like me they have idomains domain giants and reg plates direct

Very persistent calling trying to get us to buy two domain names that were apparently owned by a similar company to ours that recently closed down due to retirement. After a bit of research these domains had never been owned or registered before, and can be bought from other domain name services for £1, rather than the £150 this company is trying to charge!
