Grate company got me to number one on…

Grate company got me to number one on google without paying stupid money always willing to help. THE only web company that I have found that actually do what they say they will at the agreed price can’t fault in anyway.

1st Page of Google - Couldn't Ask For More...

I've been with idomains for quite a few years now and I'm overly happy with the service provided.

I own several businesses, each of which I have a website for. These websites were initially built by Yell and did not yield the results I would have liked. In fact, I could not find any of them up until page five of Google!

I took a leap of faith and transferred my websites to idomains. Literally 2 months later, they are all on the first page of Google and have been bringing in a steady amount of leads ever since.

My motto is don't try to fix something that is not broken, and that's exactly the reason why I won't leave this company. They always deliver!

Appalling!

Paid £300 for a domain name and optimised website in August 2012. However, the one they had recommended had mysteriously been sold to a competitor, despite them stating a 'no local competition' policy and they substituted another. They then took another £166.80 from my debit card without explanation in February 2013, which I had refunded to my card by the bank- still no explanation. They then tried billing me in the May, at which point I pointed out they were in breach of contract.

Total con artists!!!!

Total con, I wouldn't go near these people with a barge pole. Been strung along for 7 months with absolute junk that has only equated to streams and streams for SPAM emails. Spent a lot of money with them, we now get no response from any communications. How companies like this are able to run is beyond me. LEAVE WELL ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Con-artists. AVOID!

I would have to agree with Alison.
idomains.uk is a terrible company.
They contact you and tell you that they have just had a rare domain name that would be perfect for your business as a ghost site to drive clients to your website. Then they pressure you into buying said domain and ghost site for several hundred pounds. Once you have bought one, they then try to sell you more domains at inflated prices. After a month nothing has happened with the domain that was purchased. No response to emails asking whats going on.
Just a bunch of scammers.

Absolutely abysmal customer service and…

Absolutely abysmal customer service and hard 80's sales techniques.
Misleading, rude, unhelpful charlatans that do not answer or return calls or emails unless chased, in the event of a query or complaint.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY - (in my opinion) THEY DISSOLVED AND REINVENTED THEMSELVES WITH THE CHANGE OF ONE LETTER IN THEIR NAME FOR A REASON!!!
