I'd definitely recommend shopping with Idyll
Had a great experience buying a new garden furniture set with Idyll. They were most competitive on price for the set that we wanted, but they didn't disappoint on efficiency or customer service. What we ordered arrived on time, as ordered and when we did have a question it was dealt with really well. I'd shop here again.

Nice pots but…
It is true that this was a fast delivery, but the pots came all muddy. Also, I wanted to buy more than 3 but that was not possible for some reason (they were availableaftermy purchase). So now I need pot no. 4 and I have to pay for the delivery again. Once I have washed the pots I can really see what they would be like once up on my trellis.

Hi Katarina, the terracotta pots have an aged finish and this is how they are meant to look, it isn't mud but a finish to age the pots. At the time the order was placed we did only have 3 left in stock but we have since had another delivery, hope that helps.

We were out of stock of the lights so we couldn't replace this for you at the time, we had been trying to get the wholesaler to send out a replacement for you this last week but they have also not been able to organise this unfortunately. I have emailed you to ask if you can please return the lights at our cost and we will get the order refunded for you so we await your reply. All the shipping costs will be fully refunded of course this is standard practice, this includes the next day shipping cost to send the order out so you will not be out of pocket. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the missing part in the light fixture and the delay in trying to get this sourced for you.
