First order - will return
First order - I wanted these confetti lights last year and couldn’t find them. So this year I looked again - still in short supply but Idyll Home had them and at a slightly lower price than elsewhere.
Delivery was pretty speedy given current issues with parcels in general and the lights are just as I envisioned.

Very poor customer service and…
Very poor customer service and aftercare.
We have experienced exactly the same issue as the customer below. Garden Trading acknowledged the issue yet Idyll Home refused to do anything about it.
Extremely disappointing to see that despite being told this hadn’t been seen before that I can now see someone else has had exactly the same problem

I'm afraid as we did explain we cannot accept a return after 3 months of use unless the bench was faulty which was not found to be the case by ourselves or the manufacturer. If you had contacted us within the 28 day return policy to let us know you were not happy with the item we would have of course refunded this for you and helped you organise a return. We do stress that you do check your order as soon as it is delivered to make sure you are happy with it or at least within the 28 day return policy.

Furniture not fit for purpose
I ordered furniture through this company from garden trading. When we opened the sofas and tried using them they are simply not fit for purpose. You cannot sit of the sofa without falling through the bottom of it. Because I didn’t open the package immediately due to house renovations I have now wasted countless emails as refusing to be held accountable for selling something that doesn’t actually work as stated. Disappointed as our garden looks lovely with sofas that we can’t use. I shall be dumping them as that is really the only option.

Hi Lucy, we are truly sorry to see this, as we have explained previously we are not able accept a return 3 months after the delivery date. We do ask that you check you are happy with the item as soon as possible after the delivery as obviously once it has been used for a while it cannot be returned. We have not heard of this problem before with the popular Porthallow sofa and after reporting it to the manufacturer Garden Trading, it is not something they have come across before either. We do stress that you check your goods on delivery and report any issues as soon as possible to avoid this situation.
