I ordered the amplifier, the CD player and the speakers. One package was missing. The staff of iEar was very helpful and they traced the package immediately. I got the message from PostNL very quick and received the package for a couple of days.

Most of the company is very unhelpful for tracing and it takes long to solve it.

I really appreciate their customer service.

Nice price and perfect condition. Four stars only because the parcel was left in the hall of the building (either iEAR did not pay for a shipment with delivery against signature or the deliverer was not serious).

Best price including delivery. I was looking for a Marantz CD6006 CD-player. iEar had the best price including free European delivery. CD-player was well packed same, as ordered and arrived within the estimated arrival time.

Olympica Nova 3

iEar is my preferred supplier for many years. I like the deep knowledge they have on audiophile products and I like the personal touch when one discusses "your system". As such it was a no-brainer to discuss new Sonus Faber Olympica Nova 3 speakers with iEar, replacing Focal loudspeakers.

Commercials and agreements are well documented and followed up. Delivery and installation also first class

Very weird customer service. I ordered a turntable and speakers with an amplifier for it. As a result, after 19 days I only got speakers and amplifier, there was no turntable While no one told us anything in advance. It turned out that he was already taken out of production and therefore it wasn’t delivered .. but why nobody didn’t warn me about it!? I would probably change something. Still waiting for some solution. but overall very disappointed as it was a Christmas present.

First retailer in the Netherlands to have the new Def Tech soundbar I was looking for. Excellent service, delivered next day.
