IFastNet LTD, 5 stars because there weren't more stars. I have been with them since 2008. I started out with a Premium account, and then moved to a VPS. I had no idea about a VPS or how to get started. The support has been phenomenal. Never talked down to, or made to feel inadequate. Support was quick and always professional. If you're just starting out with self-hosting, and looking for a service that won't look down on you for any question, this will be your place. I had a catastrophic failure on my site this month December 1, and needed a backup. I sent a support ticket and when I got up the next morning, they already had it restored. Then contacted them around 8 am for more assistance and got a response in 30 min. Whatever you do, don't miss out on this fine service from iFastNet. I've had a Blog, Forum, and two personal websites with them all this time.

I have used IFastnet for over 10 years+ and never had a problem.
Experimented with other hosting companies but none were a patch on IFastnet, and so I will continue to use them.
My last problem was sorted in less than 5 minutes, I mean how they did it in that time no idea.

I had an issue with my website showing a 404 error after changing the Python version, and the site stopped working. The support team at Ifasnet was incredibly professional, quick, and efficient. They guided me through the restoration process, and thanks to their help, my website is now fully operational.

My Website has been 17 YEARS with old Host but they grew complacent & expensive. Just so terrified to move Hosts but plucked up courage to try iFastNet.
A couple of little transfer problems bringing my WordPress site over - obviously *my* fault - iFastNet support fixed them QUICKLY and got my site running.
Really quite amazing service!
Now, I have only just joined, and I can't comment on service in a few years time, but if its anything like this it will be the most excellent host.

I have been with this company for over 14 years. they have decent response times for me. I am in America and they are in the Uk. so its like a 6 hr. time difference.
they always know how to handle my crazy situations.

They cancel your service completely if you’re DDOSED instead of trying to help out with the issue. Do not recommend, slow support as well.

I had a major problem with whole site and even lost all of my folders and files and data, which probably had not much to do with iFastnet itself but because of third party issues or me making a mess of it myself. Support was fast, no waiting at all and they gave good suggestions and in the end helped out with restoring an older backup. This support really deserved a toprated review, it made my day bright again - Thanks, Johnny

iFastnet has been the best hosting experience I’ve had so far. I’ve used several providers in the past including A2Hosting, GoDaddy, and Ultahost — but none of them matched the speed, stability, and value that iFastnet offers. Their customer support is fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The hosting performance is top-notch, and the pricing is very fair for the quality provided.
