Terrible reception service at Basingstoke. Awful, disrespectful and prejudiced.

The skydiving experience was actually very good indeed, shame it was tainted.

Marketing literature is all white faces front and centre. Don’t like that.

I purchased an iFly voucher online during the holidays for my cousin and nephew when they were in town. When we went there, we were told that all the time slots were booked for the next few days. My cousin and nephew were only in town for 4 days. Disappointment aside, when I called to get a refund (the only reason I bought the voucher was for them to try this), I was told it was not refundable. However, when I made the purchase online, nowhere did it say it's non-refundable. Instead, on the website, it clearly says "payment is refundable ..." (See the screenshot below). Now they say that note (refundable) is for something else! What deceptive and dishonest practices!

I brought a voucher from virgin for a ifly for my other half,have to travel far but no matter,I paid on offer £84 (originally £124) and I thought it will be funny experience for him.what a disappointment!two two minutes hung in the air(boring)then he was told he can take him up(I was 100% sure it will be part of the fun as is expensive enough)and he did two times it took 6-8 seconds and they ask us to pay separately for that?!?!what a rip off for what you get there.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Website booking system is awful; impossible to use a gift voucher without the site failing.

Only offer an 0845 number which charges 5 p per use - then they don't even get around to answering your call!

Not sure about the experience...can't even get that far!

This is such a cool thing to do. The company run a well tied and tested experience for the customer. Safety is uppermost - helmets, goggles and ear plugs provided. The instructors are well trained and friendly. As a first timer, I didn't know what to expect, but it totally lived up to my hopes. It is true that you only get 2 x one minute sessions in the actual tunnel, but for a novice this is plenty of time. They are into their up-selling like all companies these days, but the photos they take and the videos are really good quality, and who wouldn't want to fly high to the top of the tunnel for an extra £7. All in all, a great morning out.

All I wanted to do was buy a gift card for my grandson's birthday.

Called my CC companies. Neither declined. Both allowed the purchase and then the purchase was reversed by the IFLY people. Called them TWICE. They want me to try a different method of payment! Would not listen or help.

Purchased a video when I booked flight never received video emailed and called for days..still no video!

This is a con! I purchased as a gift for my brother and his children. They were in the air for under a minute (or maybe a minute absolute max), they were held on to (the whole time) and then offered to go for longer (and let go of) for more money. I purchased this for the fun experience and it was rather disappointing. Not cool guys. Don't waste your money.

Even tho i have fligt and higt sickness i still did it so i am happy for that the only thing is that all stuff cost extra so if you want like fotos, extra videos it cost more but i think it was worth it and we got a fre foto of us in the fligt gir for free and the trainer was the best!
Hoping we can do it agin and i keep a look out for bundle packs for 2

These guys are rip-off artists. Their online deal: 4 flights for $80 (already pricey) turns into "if you want to fly higher than 6 feet, you must pay more). Hey –– the entertainment value is OK –– but trying to suckerpunch customers is not cool at all.
