Been using this facket for years and what a nightmare in every sense .
1. Terrible support when you must get paid from them, they seek the most ridiculous posible excuses to not pay you or pay you less .

2. The most arrogant intolerant and abusive for not saying racist (discriminatory , 0 empathy or sense o commitment to the affiliate) customer service...
horrible to talk to them even with 90 % of people i work with and know understands my swedish just fine , but operators from if metall wouldn't ever understand me , just mocks me for my simple awkward Swedish
Fine maybe wont understand me , but either will or could assist me in english ...
horrible experience.

3. The worst of all get out of it , been trying for 5 months to get out of this fucket ... even that is hard to do.
They will give 2 months of uppsättning tid but WAIT they won't take it by call or mail or app . Must be done classic mail .
So you call , talk to them I want to get out and then they send after weeks , a letter with document to the post to to only sign and then go to post and post back .
Literally just put your sign ...
what you can easily do with bank id and save time , money , fuel and less co2 but no I'm must be done so.
They receive the letter when ever the feel is good time and won't even let you know hej this date we got your letter no no he'll no .
So when you think you are don't with they say yes it came 2 days after the end of the month . you must keep paying another month ...

The audacity of this personal to tell me I don't control the weather or the mail that took 18 days to get them , and that If I wanted faster I could go to another state and leave it on their offices ... what a headache of facket total scam . Never use this Facket will f#&k you .

Due to a technicality that they found, I have a part time business and work part time hours beside it. After not having employment in requested support while I search for new part time employment. They said "yes we see your company as part time, and you are also working part time hours at your place of employment but we cannot help you since the employment contract was still seen as full time" :/ totally just an excuse and makes zero sense which the case manager also admitted but they have all my money from years of membership that they can give to others. People who hopefully deserve it and not just milking the system.
I recommend saving the membership money you would be paying them yourself as trusting these "unions" who don't really care isn't reliable.

It's a Mafia trying to force people into joining them. Stay away from these guys.

A very bad union. It does not care about members but only cares about collecting subscription fees. It also cares about the interests of employers and not the interests of workers. Union representatives in companies have been sitting in their positions for long decades without transparency or free elections, but only based on under-the-table agreements between them and the employers. It is not recommended. Not at all.
