Been unbelievably satisfied with the services Ignite Connections has provided to me and my team!

In a world flooded with automated messages and AI-generated spam, Ignite Connections offers the opposite: relevance and genuine human connection. Andrew is very hands-on and involved every step of the way, driven to secure results! He's a thoughtful leader.

I signed up and paid 18,000 for 1 year. I am 2.5 months in with 6700 calls made and 6584no answer with 116 not interested. Not impressed at all and at this point would not renew. I have been a Realtor for 18 years so always try everything for one full year so hopefully the turn it around.

The CEO cares about employee development and is passionate about growing the business and the careers of his staff. He is very responsive and a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend partnering with Ignite Connections!

I have been contracted with Ignite Connections for about a year and a half, and they have been a game changer in my business.
I have allocated funds for marketing and I have reduced my spending with all other companies to ensure I continue with my Ignite contract! Worth every penny x10!

I spent $7,000 for 6 months with a promise of 10,000 calls they made less than 7,500 with 0 appointments set.
They said they cant give me a refund me since they didnt connect with at least 15% of the contacts

I remember right where I was when I got the call from Andrew… in my new office in Philadelphia, doing computer. Usually an unknown call is one of two things: good or annoying. Here he was, another cold caller trying to get me to buy something. I wanted to hang up… but I couldn’t. He was too damn good at keeping me on. I thought to myself, “he’s got a talent. I wonder what it *does* look like to hire him?”. Fast forward 6 years, his services have more than paid for themselves. And we are at it again, growing our group and business with the help of Andrew and his team. But the one thing we deeply enjoy is his energy. When that aligns, you never forget.

Do not be fooled by this company!! They take your money and give nothing for leads! They called someone looking to maybe sell in 3 years a lead😤. They stole $3500 from me and I received nothing in return! Buyer Beware!!!!!

What was promised or sold to me was not what was delivered. Nothing ever materialized. I could have purchased a dialer to give me 3000 unanswered calls that they left voicemails for and saved $3000

So far a lot of the same that I am hearing from others who reviewed here. We began in December, we are now at March with 0 leads = I have paid $8000. This is the worst return on investment I have made thusfar in our business. Can someone at the company please deliver the promised 8 appointments or my money back?

I’ve been using them for a few months now and have already seen some great opportunities come through the nurtures — I’m confident a few will convert this year.

From the start the team has been amazing and very transparent, even when I had my initial skepticism. I also like being able to listen to the appointment recordings — you can tell the callers are well trained and genuinely personable, nothing sounds forced.

Really happy with the experience so far and excited to see how it continues.

Honestly I’ve worked with a few prospecting companies before and been burned before (typical story I know), but the folks at Ignite Connections stand out. They were transparent, consistent, and MOST IMPORTANTLY actually produced listing appointments — not just activity. They fulfilled their commitments and helped me maintain a healthy, AND predictable pipeline. For the investment I made I would absolutely recommend based on the results I received and I will be reinvesting when my contract expires.

TOTAL SCAM.

Avoid at all costs. They promised me 10 leads and delivered none. They wouldn't honor the refund guarantee because not enough people answered the phone. I would give 0 if I could.

Ignite Connections, I get angry just thinking about how dumb I was for falling for your dishonest sales tricks.
During the sales process, I was told their average connect rate was above 30%, and their money-back guarantee is anchored to a 15% connect rate threshold. That sounds reasonable, until you see the actual performance.
In nearly 3,000 calls placed during my campaign, only 4 people answered. That’s roughly a 0.1% connect rate, nowhere close to what was verbally represented.
The guarantee, which is structured around hitting a 15% connect rate, felt meaningless given how far below that threshold the campaign actually performed. But they know this, and this is why NOBODY gets their money back (just read the other reviews). When I raised concerns about the discrepancy between expectations and results, there was little accountability or meaningful resolution.
What you’re effectively paying for is thousands of calls run through a spam-flagged dialer with almost no one picking up. From an ROI perspective, it simply didn’t make sense.
If they put half the effort into their actual product performance as they clearly do into their Instagram ads and sales team, this would be a great company.

***Edit: Ignite tried to delete my review stating “defamatory” content. And as evidence, and they modified the calls answered in my portal to 33. Fortunately, I have time stamped photos with the 4 calls answered, with the SAME amount of calls made. I submitted these images to trustpilot and they ruled in my favor. I am truly appalled by the unethical nature that this company continues to operate at. They’d rather fight dirty, than serve their customers and do what’s right. There needs to be a serious investigation on this company.

Definitely a result driven company that delivered exactly what they promised. Amazing results.

I'm not very trusting most of the time, but this felt different - and I was right. Ignite delivered on commitments and promises made!
