Ignite is very informative and I enjoy watching the videos that are fully supportive and realistic of scenarios of not just NPs or student NPs, but as an entirety for all medical/student individuals.

I’m reviewing Ignite Connections based on an interaction with one of their sales reps. I missed a scheduled meeting (my fault) and hadn’t returned calls yet. Instead of a professional follow-up or reschedule request, the rep sent texts that included a personal insinuation about “how you operate business” and then doubled down with a moralizing “a man has his word” message.
Expecting a cancellation notice is fair. The condescending tone and shaming approach isn’t. Based on this exchange, I won’t be moving forward.

In an age when so many prospecting calls are handled by AI dialers or outsourced international call centers, it’s refreshing to work with a team that truly represents your brand with professionalism and care. Their callers are articulate, personable, and strategic

I sell a lot of homes, paid for 3 months, the leads were not warm. They never checked in with me, did not seem to care. Made it sound like I need to stay on longer and pay more money to get results; Great pitch but with no results I had to ditch.

I worked with Ignite Connections for 6 months and want to leave an honest review because I know there are a lot of agents out there wondering if this kind of lead generation is actually worth it.

First, I was skeptical. Their presentation was very strong and everything sounded “just right,” but the cost wasn’t cheap. The only reason I moved forward was because the guarantee gave me some peace and I decided to treat it as a serious business investment.

Going into the contract, I expected a bunch of dead ends and little to no real return.

I’m happy to report that wasn’t my experience.

In the 6 months I worked with Ignite Connections, I closed one transaction, and that deal alone made the investment worthwhile:

- Investment: $6,750
- Closed Sale Price: $675,000
- Commission Earned: $26,575
- Profit over investment: almost $20,000

In addition to that one closing, Ignite Connections generated 14 additional leads for me, all in different stages of the sale cycle. Most importantly, these were people I would never have met otherwise. They were not in my database and not on my radar.

Now, I want to be very clear: if what you’re looking for is a guaranteed home run every call, don’t waste your money. This is NOT a “get rich quick” system.

To actually get a return, you must have a real follow-up strategy after the intro appointment. These leads need to keep seeing you, hearing from you, and being nurtured. This is a long-term pipeline play.

Personally, I was not expecting a closed sale within the first 6 months, so seeing that level of return exceeded my expectations. Because of the results, I renewed my contract and doubled up my marketing to the Ignite leads.

If you’re a serious agent who knows how to follow up and stay visible, this can absolutely be worth the investment.

Avoid this lead gen at all costs!
In a weird way - I may have lucked out, in that I only lost $2000. After a month of calling - my dashboard indicated that they had place 950 phone calls. But only had 5 people answer, and all 5 were categorized as Not Interested. Which I thought was a pretty disappointing and unimpressive start. But then something even weirder and more suspicious has happened - I am now totally locked out of my own dashboard. My sign-in credentials have been nullified. I even tried signing in on completely different browsers and in incognito mode. Nothing. Gone. Ghosted. No results for the $2000 I paid.

Working with Ariana Busca has been such an amazing experience. Ignite Connections has been a great way to grow my business.

NOT WORTH IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
After several months of service, I did not receive a single viable nurture, lead, or listing appointment. Even more concerning, I were never once contacted by our sales or account representative to review performance, adjust strategy, or offer any guidance to improve results. They make about a 100 calls a day which equates to 2 hours (maybe 3) hours
Save yourself the frustration and money. I highly recommend look elsewhere.

This is a company that has integrity and is always respinsive. Having been in this industry nearly 40 years recognize the importance of keeping ones word. I believe its an awesome program, it didnt work for my team however I do cintinue to see where in some markets could be a golden egg! Most importantly they honored thier money back gaurantee with ZERO hassle. For what its worth I would certainly try and TRUST Ignite on future platforms. Good, clean business model.

Ariana is wonderful and responsive and her callers have resulted in several promising leads in my pipeline for spring listing apts…, therefore, I have chosen to continue with Ignite callers to further the growth of my business!

they take your $5k to $10K for 10 "leads" in 6 months they say they call on your behalf 100 people a day 5 days a week of a list they pull based on your requested area and price range- ( these lists DO HAVE VALUE and they will give you copies) but when they do not get the leads as promised- they say that they did not meet the minimum connection rate of 15% and do not refund your money- I had NO new business from their calls ( although I will continue to reach out to the home owners on the lists they pulled and hopefully I will recoup some of what I paid!
As to the 15% connection rate- my team and I have spoken with several people on the list and reached at least 20% to 30% ( and we will continue to use the lists) unfortunately, the contact lists could have been purchased for significantly less they we paid for this service!

Be very careful about the contracts this company requires you to sign. Their advertised “double your money back guarantee” is effectively voided by another agreement they have you execute.

I paid $12,000 and did not receive a single qualified prospect over a six-month period. After extensive back-and-forth and no resolution, I disputed the charge with Chase, who ultimately credited the full $12,000 back.

I also noticed the company recently changed its name from Real Qualified to Ignite Connections. I can’t speak to their reasons, but I strongly recommend researching reviews under both names before committing any money.

My experience was that they were very responsive and polished during the sales process, but much less so when results failed to materialize. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

This lead generation company delivers exactly what they promise. Their systems are well-structured, their communication is consistent and transparent, and they set clear expectations from the start. They’re upfront about the process taking time and never oversell results, which is refreshing in this space. Most importantly, the results have been real and measurable. If you’re looking for a lead gen partner that values honesty, process, and long-term success, this team stands out. Ariana, Calum, and Denele are all amazing — knowledgeable, communicative, and consistently on top of things.

Very good experience. They offer a lot of attention and detail in their work - I feel they care for my business needs, and sincerely want to ensure success. Their attitudes and approach create Trust which is very important to me. I am continuing my service with them based on my experience.

I would highly recommend Ignite to those seeking assistance in increasing their pool of qualified sellers.
