I have bought from ilustore before, but NO Customer Service. I may never again.
I have bought from ilustore before. 2 of their rings FAILED after the 30-day warranty. They did NOTHING to replace, nor fix them. These were 25 year anniversary gifts to each other. I re-ordered. both. One came in 2 weeks. After 6 weeks I tried to call (hahahah, no way to contact anyone) and re-ordered, It came 2 weeks later from China. I'm very disapponted in their service. There was NONE. I just want you to know in case you are thinking of ordering one for a special occasion. Beware!
