They did a superb job digitizing some 40 Hi8 tapes going back 36 years. Fortunately the vast majority stood the test of time stored in a cool , dry , dark environment though a couple required extra effort to restore....which was done at no upcharge. The tapes were returned in good shape and the family can be confident history won't be lost to deterioration of these tapes.

They did a marvelous fantastic stupendous job on my VHS tapes. I’m now finally able to enjoy them after 33 years and my family loves watching it too. The clarity is good and they ship it with care. Awesome job highly recommend.

Finally many years our family memories were in a box.Dad had notes and dates on some reels and names and places. That made it easy to log each movie. They all look great due to some were 1920 vintage.

Everything was excellent those movies were so well preserved. They will last a lifetime.

I loved watching all those old recordings.
I received my memories faster than I thought I would. It was great watching that old footage with just a click of the remote control. The app can be placed on many devices and I could share our memories with many family members, who had never seen them. I also like that we can upload new memories and have everything in one place. The digitized tapes were done in record time and sent back to me very quickly. The process for sending in my old video tapes was super easy. The staff sent regular emails updating me on the process of digitizing my family memories, and they were done quickly so I could have them available to share with my daughters, who are all grown up now. Such a good experience!

Very easy process. Efficient and quick packing and mailing and uploading. I received my originals back.

The pricing is fair and lower than others. They were quick to transfer tapes and shipped my tapes back in a nice package. I knew the quality of my old dance tapes was not great, I just wanted to preserve them. Now that is done, and I can let go of the actual tapes, as VCR is old school, and mine does not work. Letting go of old tapes (to our local recycling center in Austin) was cathardic!

Customer service was also friendly and helpful when I just wanted to download the files and not subscribe to any service. Thanks to IMemories, I have now de-cluttered another aspect of my life!

We took all of our family's film movies dating back to 1966 to iMemories. These were movies I had never seen before — footage of me as a child — and I'm now 87 years old. Thanks to iMemories, my daughters were finally able to see these never-before-seen family memories.
I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail, as well as the speed of their processing. Isis, who I spoke with several times, answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. They had my movies turned around in about a week, and I was able to share the links with my entire family. Next we are sending our slides and then all of the photo albums.
We will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives.
