I was so impressed with IMemories. First off, the commitment of sending the first few videos to my email. I was so excited. Then upon completion, to download the app to my fire stick was so easy. And there was all videos.

While most of the reason why I didn't give a 5 have to do with a few of the digital files jumping so much it was hard to see what was going on and I had viewed one of those beforehand because it was found it still in the camera ---and there was no jumping. But I could pause the thing and get still visuals of my last Christmas with my mother or one of the last vacations with my sisters. A couple other transfers were of very poor quality, but those two video tapes were 35 years old, so there's that. Contacting customer support feels like you are talking to a robot because the answers don't really get to the point. But they did start processing my order within days, and one by one, the 40 videos were digitized, and I was indeed able to share them with others. So, despite the unexpected shipping charges and changing the verbiage about the time line, it was less than a week from inventory that I was viewing my first memories.

So easy to use. Love that family anywhere can view the results. Thanks imemories!

My experience with iMemories has been wonderful! I was SO nervous about entrusting someone with these precious tapes I have had for years - some which contain family members who are no longer with us. I was impressed with how quickly they started the process and I was able to start enjoying my memories online. I will definitely be using this service again and have shared my experiences with others to encourage them to try this out with their own videos.

I thought I was receiving DVD’s of each video. Not a service that I have to keep spending money.

We are very pleased with Imemories. It was fast, and easy to download. The reason I didn’t give you five stars is because on some of the videos, the voice is not in sync with the lips.

This was amazing! I was worried sending the only copies of my tapes in the mail ... BUT ... it was perfect! Got digital video within days of imemories receiving and received my tapes back within 3 weeks start to finish!! (May have been sooner)!! The quality was amazing after 30 plus years of being hidden away!!

Quality not great. Some tapes required adjustments to the tracking which was not done.
Some tapes were of short duration, yet cost as much as tapes that were 3x as long,

Everything that was promised to me came true

So easy to work with this company. Everything came out beautifully- and due to the old age of the VHS tapes, they sent a notice that some of my tapes required reprocessing- a process to make the best digital memory. And it’s complimentary service. The BEST!

Excellent experience end-to-end. The website was clear about the process. Everything went actually faster than expected. It was great to watch these more than 30 years old video and tapes. If I fund more of these, I will use iMemories again.
