I often get delivery service from…

I often get delivery service from 1mile.
I often encounter issues with there deliveries in my area Sydney 2031. ( incorrect delivery address, waiting 3-4 days after its been dispatched before it’s delivered.
I tend to use another area for deliveries when it’s an important delivery.
I personally prefer to use other courier services and would highly recommend to others never to use them under any circumstance.

A very disgruntled and upset customer!

After a previous complaint my parcel is still missing. A phonecall is non existent because you can't talk to a human being. A computer generated response only with a bunch of stupid instructions that is useless. When you get to the chat, you get asked details and then it ends with "we will investigate and an agent will contact you soon" I had previously lost parcels through iMile. Phone number to contact- Useless
Chat to someone- no chance in hell.
It's time the commerce department looks into this and revoke iMile's business registration and kick them out of New Zealand. That is my next step. My tracking number : 3661050217417 (for evidence)
What a useless bunch of wankers these people are. If I could give a lower than 1 score review I would go as far as -100.

Why am I still waiting?

I generally give good reviews, but not for this company. I was emailed December 25 to tell me my parcel was on the way. On December 31 another email advised that the parcel would be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. OK that was New Years Eve, so I would not expect delivery until after January 2. However tracking established that delivery would occur on Jan 6. Nope. It is night on Jan 7 and no sign of my parcel. Around December 31 I got a call from the driver to ask me where the secure locker was located.(I use secure lockers at an Australia Post facility to avoid parcels being stolen from my front doorstep.) I gave her precise instructions, which, if she had been equipped with a map, she would have been able to follow. However, in spite of my instructions, no delivery, nothing on the Australia Post website. I noticed on Jan 6 that the tracking information showed that the vital parcel locker number had been deleted from the address. I tried to email a company address which did not start with "noreply" and in this email, I again gave explicit directions of the location of the AusPost secure locker facility and I included the parcel locker number. The email bounced. It seems that this company, along with many others these days, likes to take money from customers but does not want to hear from them.
I am getting quite perturbed as the parcel contains lotions, and the temperature in the next couple of days may exceed 40 degrees Celsius, in which case the lotions may be ruined.
I am feeling completely let down by this company and would not use them ever again.
Postscript January 21
Still no sign of my parcel. Tracking says could not deliver. I had told them my home address. Today I tried calling their number. Menu system opaque. I selected whst I thought the appropriate option, got a voice which did not want to hear me, and it just terminated the call. What a bunch of incompetents

They only get one star because you…

They only get one start because you can't give -5. Absolutely the worst. Of eight deliveries I've had ONE left at the door and one hurriedly delivered at 1am after I made a complaint. Wouldn't be so bad except their customer service is non existent and just takes the attitude "we have pod photos, yes they're of the wrong address but we delivered it somewhere so that counts".
Avoid these people like the plague.

I will now not buy from AliExpress as this seems to be their preffered delivery partner.

I have basically stopped reciving items with a range of "reasons" why - "incorrect address", "Ready for Pickup" (with no pickup point), "Delivery Attempted" (when we have been home all day).

I feel bad for the sellers having to provide refunds when it is the Courier costing them $ but it had become impossible to actually recieve anything you buy off Aliexpress for the last couple of months.

Back to Amazon for reliable delivery even if the items are a few bucks more.

Delivery? More an abandonment service than anything else.

It is my enormous pleasure to add to iMile's global 1 star rating. It's a terrible delivery service, no redelivery, no calls, just abandon package wherever. Drivers routinely left stuff in the street if I wasn't home so I got a huge parcel box for my front wall. Sadly for me, the first package to arrive didn't fit so they just jammed it in the box and left it half sticking out. It was stolen within hours. I've got in touch with customer service and they have sent me several swift but comically oblivious emails. They (or their AI) clearly don't read the emails and I doubt they will ever address any of my questions.
I don't blame the drivers by the way. The next parcel that arrived was placed as requested in the side gate (although it would have fitted in dry, safe parcel box but it's a start). I've seen them with tiny little beat up cars with parcels pouring off the back seat and wondered how much they are getting ripped off too. One handed me a parcel that was almost too hot to handle because it must have been on his dash or something. I'm sure it is exploitative and horrible. I would just like my parcels though and I'm not sure how to choose another delivery service from places like AliExpress or Temu. Maybe we shouldn't be buying cheap shit like this in the first place and we're getting what we deserve. I love that the complaints are both universally bad and also international. Imile is a disruptor delivery service alright, it's really remaking the idea that a delivery service delivers anything at all.

How can such a bad service even continue to exist?

I don't even know where to start.
My experience with this company is probably the worst customer experience that I will ever have in my life.
I ordered something on Ali Express, and I didn't know I was picking a seller that doesn't include the VAT and custom fees in the price. That meant I had to be physically present in the delivery location to give the delivery person this amount. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of that, and they never communicated that ahead of sending the shipment with the delivery guy. The delivery person called, I said I wasn't there, I asked if they can send me a payment link, he said no and he would come next day. This conversation was 8 days ago. Since then, I haven't received my shipment. I called the pathetic customer service number more than 10 times. I tried every possible way to understand where the heck my shipment is, and no one seems to know. I asked to speak to a manger 4 times, it never happened. Every single time I hear the same robotic response "we will deliver it as soon as possible". No only I don't advise anyone to deal with this terrible company, but I also advise against dealing with any seller who would use them as a delivery solution.

Frustrating and Disappointing

My experience with iMile has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The delivery driver accepted the parcel despite having no access to the locker, then returned it to the warehouse, claiming there was “no safe place”, which is entirely inappropriate for a parcel-locker delivery. Following this, I contacted customer support and was advised to change the delivery address. I was then informed that my residential address was supposedly “out of service”, despite being in metropolitan Melbourne. I was forced to provide a friend’s CBD address and now must rely on them and their building concierge to receive a parcel that is not even addressed to them. This is neither reasonable nor acceptable.

Customer support repeatedly provided generic responses, offered no concrete solution, and stated they could not contact the delivery driver directly. The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic operational coordination is concerning. Being repeatedly told to “wait” without any meaningful action demonstrates poor customer service and weak delivery management.

Overall, iMile failed to deliver a basic service with professionalism or reliability. The process caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and forced me to find workarounds for problems entirely created by the company. I would not recommend iMile and would strongly advise others to avoid using this service if reliable delivery is important.

If I could give 0 stars I would..

If I could give 0 stars I would as this company has ruined Christmas for my loved ones. To be more precise, the warehouses in Sardinia. After keeping the presents I have ordered for a week, they had the audacity to lie that they tried to deliver it on Dec 25th (yeah sure on Christmas day) when I was home and after another week instead of trying to deliver it to my town, they simply returned to sender. This has been the biggest disappointment when it comes to delivery companies and I have had a few. After trying to call 12 times with only a busy tone, there is absolutely nobody to talk to, only the automated menu that will apologize for the inconveniences and that is it. No human interaction, no decency to deliver, nothing. Please stay away from this company if you don't want to be scammed into thinking you'll be delivered what you're owed.
Oh and the Chatbot on their website is absolutely useless. Just like the phone number which doesn't give you any other information than you already know. I wouldn't even call them a delivery company since they don't really care about actually delivering the packages.

Less than 1 star and fake re-delivery attempts. 2 months for delivery with no response and no delivery

I wanted to give less than 1 star but there isn't any lower as that is what they deserve. There was no delivery and no phone call as instructed then they were to 'redeliver' and with instructions to call on phone then it was fake and processed a return of my order back to the seller.
When I called them to they just throw it back to you and that I needed to get a new delivery organised.
If you want any product shipped, make sure you tell the seller NOT to use IMILE.
