A really easy website for a change. Ordering was simple, for a change.
Bundles present good value too!

Why on earth am I being asked to review a car wash I’ve not used yet? My car is still dirty. But, having not been washed I don’t think it’s going to be a great surprise to anyone.

Amazing service, got the vehicle cleaned in no time!

Great job, staff were busy but definitely put a shift in!

Not good... didn't clean the car properly

Used it for the first time and the guys were very helpful in their directions. Will use again.

Excellent service and excellent quality wash and prewash

I visited the car wash at clough road hull. I paid for extra services (rain repellent) the car was damaged not by the rollers but the guy jet washing before hand. The name badge came off and he just tried to whack it back into place. I went though the rollers and it came off. The car was full of water marks and still dirty. I made a complaint which him and retrieved my car’s badge I just got fobbed off.

Bit disappointed really - I bought a ceramic XTR clean for my local IMO at Folkestone - arrived to a large Que of cars and was approached by the operator who told me that they couldn’t do the wash as the machine was broken but would do a hand wash - as I was in a rush and needed the clean done I said yeah no problem expecting that I would at least get a good hand wash - they washed the car then chamois it off before waving me on my way - when I got home I checked the car over and found salty spots all over the vehicle where it wasn’t dried off properly - ended up re washing it myself and then waxing it to avoid any damage - I understand they washed trying to do the washes but being charged £££ for a tip wash and getting a less than substandard wash isn’t great !

I always use the IMO on Oswin Road, but only just started using the App, the guys are brilliant a superb personal service, I don’t no how they do it but they always remember me, they do a superb job and the site is always immaculate.

The car wash was not working

So easy to buy your washes on line just drive up and show your app to the attendant plus you get saving when buying a bundle at the same time .

A lone operator was working quickly and efficiently with a long queue in the heat but he was polite and friendly and we were moving along well. He was waiting for a colleague who was late to join him and I felt sorry for him working in such high temps alone at such a pace. Very happy with the service.

Didn't clean car very well .....

The payment process with the scan the QR code was easy and good.
Overall triple wax cleaned the car well but did not completely remove all the insects from a European road trip on the front of the car

Left side of my car was still covered in soap had to tell the lad who was very nice about it and sorted it but when I got home the bonnet was patchy and quite a lot of dried sud marks I paid the top price one because I had a christaining to go to later so I went to another car wash much cheaper and a better clean you only got 2stars because the lad was helpful

Does not clean the car enough and leaves all lines down the car not sure if they are scratches or whether I can buff them out.

I came out with bird poo still on my windscreen, spent 10 mins cleaning it off. Think the lads need to pay more attention to cleaning the windows with the brush before it goes through the wash.
