The gentleman came out, obviously eating his lunch at the time as it was all over him.
I come to the car wash quite often and usually the man will do clean with the brush before going through the car wash. He didn't do this and as a result the car wasn't fully clean. The back window wasn't cleaned.

I paid for a top wash
I paid for a top wash, I also sent an email complaining that the wash was terrible, this was ignored. There was streaks and soap marks all over my car, but today when I was driving in the rain all windows on the car were rendered useless because of chemicals left on the window, basically I couldn't see a thing.

Very poor
Very poor
Letchworth seems to have some kind of problem all the time. They closed early last week and I went in for the wash yesterday Wednesday. Initially there was an issue with the moving belt , I had to honk for them to check they were busy inside instead of being on the controls. Then I noticed the brushes didn’t touch my windscreen and the roof , I immediately reported it and demanded a re wash to which the staff said “they don’t let us do it you go to customer care and get a voucher and comeback. What a waste of time.

Ok but not a great wash. Wheels and mirrors were not cleaned properly. Needed a quick convenient wash but will go to a handwashing next time.
