Utter waste of time and money it did…

Utter waste of time and money it did not clean my car one bit still have flys all over the windows and mud. The guy said the eco wash is just water and won't wash the car with if you pay for a wash you expect a wash . Utter con go somewhere else.

Static Queue

I checked online the Woking site was operational. There was a long queue. OK I was happy to wait.
Nothing moved for 15 minutes. I was at the back and not sqeezed in , unlike others ahead of me. They could not bail out but I could, so I left. Another motorist said the staff were pushing cars through the wash!!!
Maybe the company should let people queueing know what was happening .
I found a Karcher automatic car wash with a £10.00 Platinum wash. Very satisfactory. Sorry IMO

Paid for Ceramic wash

Paid for Ceramic wash, at rinse the ceramic additive wasn’t being dispensed at enough pressure to reach my car. Informed manager and some was applied manually. Staff appeared disinterested and language barrier with workers
