Car did not come out clean
Car doid not come pit clean. The blpke who was applying foam did not do so on one half of car hence the poor clean.

Blue towel down curtain missing from the process..
The final towel down with the blue microfiber strips was not on the machine, so the excess water on the car was not swiped up, which left white watermarks all over my glass. The Guy doing the pre-treat was being rushed and wasn't able to do his job thoroughly, resulting in bird poo still left on the car. (There was no reason for them to rush him as it was really quiet and there was no-one else queueing)
