Quick and friendly service I did only use the car wash part this time but I will be trying out the valet section next time

Good quick service not too long to wait Car always looks lovely. Car is taken with the cleaning of the car excellent.

Had a good experience at imo car wash . exept the vaccum cleaner at the entrance was of no use its so weak such a waste of money.

Was a great car wash but was charged Twice, i payed on QR with my pay pal £19.95 card, but the employee said i hadn’t payed & charged me again
My husband then payed on his HSBC card £20 so could you please refund me or give a voucher so i can use your very good car wash Thank you 🤗

Was working as a driver for a high end firm and I usually was the car elsewhere, but their facilities were out of action.

Very impressive system for payment, easy and straightforward. Staff were polite and professional, washed the car. Stopped to examine it very briefly and there were 2 to 3 parts that the machine, didn't clean very well and it was so visible.

I didn't stop to address it as I was on a tight schedule to collect a client. As soon as I dropped the client off an hour later, i examined the car.

3 huges scratches on a brand new Audi, two on the bonnet approx 20 - 30 cm in length and one on the nearside front wing, again of similar length. Then there was a multiple scratches on the offside of the vehicle. I was fuming and gutted in equal measure. Seriously, never again. Hand wash only. Pointless complaining as I can imagine their terms and conditions will stop any chance of repairs being covered.

Wheel were not cleaned properly

Quite often I go to the Bootle site and either the wash I ordered isn’t working or there is some mechanical failure. Last time I went, they ran out of foam. I was told it would be the same wash…… it wasn’t. I still had marks on my car and window that would normally wash off

The system stopped part-way through the wash and took a while to restart. No advice was given throughout - we were just left sitting there until it restarted. Once complete, there was still a lot of water droplets in the car leading to water marks and there was still a significant number of bug marks on the windscreen.

Your machine damaged my motability vehicle and your liable for the damage direct line have said.

This current £5 deal is awesome

Very hard working and did a good job not as clean as I'd like it but a good job.

My car was still dirty especially the back window.

Staff member was nice

My car hasn't been washed in years so I wasnt expecting much due to this, however, it came out really clean and shiny much to my surprise.
I will use them again highly recommend.
