Clearly weren't ready for customers even though been open for 30 minutes then issue with equipment. As for cleaning off car not great £20 down the drain avoid in my opinion first and last visit.

After buying car wash. I went to the location to find it was closed for maintenance. Sign said until 11am. Returned later and still closed. So have not been able to use it. Why let you buy when location is closed.

Disaster
First of all I received no QR code on me pre booking and when I arrived the attendant couldn’t put my payment code through his phone and I had to pay again. The machine would not work and it took the attendant 5 goes to get it working again. I had to wait and it took a great deal of time and it should have taken me a few minutes to get my car washed. Not good.

The operator dealt with me as soon as I arrived.He hosed down my car and noticed the tar marks on the car roof and treated them with an additional clean which removed the tar.Very professional.
