The extra cleaning was done but a bit effort time would have cleaned just a bit better. Perhaps I will go back to all automatic car wash and do the extra cleaning myself.

DO NOT BUY THE wash packs

Bought these online coupons. They had a short use by expiry date. Never got round to use them all so lost money in the end. DO NOT BUY THE wash packs unless you are a regular visitor to these car washes.

and there's no way to extend their use date for free.

Initial problems but eventually sorted.

I bought 4 car washes through an email from Money Supermarket. There was some difficulty getting the QR code with IMO initially sending me to Money Supermarket for the QR code and them saying it didn't come from them but IMO, which after again contacting managed to send me the QR code. The QR code was accepted no problem at my local car wash and as it was my first time of using IMO with an electric car they talked me through leaving in neutral and brake off.

Left with a wet car

The car came out clean, which was great. However, I left with it still l wet as the final drying stage didn’t have the cloths available after the air dryer. It would have been much better if the car could have been dry before leaving. I had water steaks all over my car when it eventually dried, which I had to then wipe off with a cloth.
