Easy process of getting the car washed after loading the app on my iPhone and buying a particular wash for the car. The attendant was polite and helpful.

washing

washing, cleaning, drying - the machines do their jobs professionally and very well. The customer however is not amused after having chosen between a lot of various different programs (and having paid before reaching the start-line, because he is suddenly asked to pay an additional fee if he wants to get clean tire-rims! That's not fair!

I've used the app pre paid loads of…

I've used the app pre paid loads of time even earned a ceramic wash but when i went to use it my app made the earned reward disappear. Having such a short expiry date is not customer oriented. No other carwash I've used takes away it's customers earnings like that.
The car wash itself is fine, a good setup even (although my last use it broke down twice while I was in it). But just increase the or do away with expiry dates for the stamp card please
