Staff are always friendly and helpful .. site is always clean .. car wash is always good and lots of services available. Easy to order online prior to visit which saves time 👍

I usually use my local car wash and have always been happy, but I decided to try the ceramic top wash this time and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience.

For the price, it was absolutely not worth it. I expected a much higher level of care and attention to detail, especially with a premium wash option. The car didn’t appear to have been properly pre-washed, with bugs and dirt still left on the surface afterwards. There were also areas that looked like they had been rushed, with missed spots and no real difference compared to a standard wash.

I also noticed the staff were completely different from the usual team, and the level of service didn’t feel the same. The usual attention and care seemed to be missing, and the whole experience felt rushed and lacking in quality.

Overall, the attention to detail was disappointing and I left feeling like I had paid more for the usual standard wash, I’ll be sticking with my usual local car wash in future.

Excellent car wash very easy and a good wash.

Generally a good clean, although rather expensive for what you get. Paying for convienience and not quality here.

Far too many menu options to choose from, was better when there were less. Top wash is around £25 which is madness.

It’s an extra £30+ if you want them to spent a few minutes vacuuming your foot wells etc.

Having utilised over the years, the above can all be navigated if you want convenience over quality and are will to over pay for it. But biggest issue is the pointless ‘claim’ made that they guarantee car won’t be scratched - which is impossible of course to measure and uphold.

I have three large (6”) scratches on my cars roof - million percent from the wash. But of course you’re sat in your car when you go through. And they aren’t checking and recording any existing or post damage. So it’s a pointless claim designed to reassure.

Always straight forward, people onsite are friendly. Car goes through the automated car wash.

Always friendly helpful staff and my car sparkles for days after

Firstly I have paid for the Utra HD package which includes at the right beginning a hand pre-wash. Nobody from your staff has done hand pre-wash.
Secondly after my car was washed automatically, in approximately 10 minutes car wash partially dried and left with lots of white marks on the body.
A good service and a great standard of a business must be well maintained and guided by some who takes responsibilities.
Lots of staff just doing much.
Your service didn’t make me happy and didn’t make me recommend you to others.

Car wash was excellent. Car came out sparkling clean. Service was brilliant. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Facility was good. Fast service no waiting time. Paid for the top Ceramic clean but failed to remove bird droppings and pollen spores from around the windows and other crevases.
Expected a better clean for the top service.

Amazing for the kids to experience

My car had been left outside my place for about 6 months whilst I was in hospital and had gathered some green algae so I asked if they could help to remove this before my wash which they happily did.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, app wasn’t working properly and showing up with prepaid wash, member of staff helped with being informative and after viewing email confirmation and viewing link in email all was accepted.

Unfortunately pre wash was very rushed as it was busy, and after getting home I noticed dirt and bird mess still on the rear of my car.

The back windscreen top of my Car doesn’t even look like a bit of water touched it. I will def not be returning. I have to now clean it myself

Best car wash I had for £9

Firstly the app is easy to use to purchase washes, the guys at my local Lakeside unit are very friendly and really do look after your vehicle through the process, great finish too do thank you

Really great job I know it’s a machine but these guys do get the corners and the wheels properly:)

Awful the worst car clean ever. I paid £35 for inside & outside the boot had not been cleaned so asked if they could & it was not worth the 5 minute wait. It was so bad I cleaned it again. I will never go back or recommend
